Vacation rentals with a patio in Medford

I absolutely loved staying here! Emanuel's place was clean, so beautiful, and had all the perfect amenities and accommodations for a comfortable stay. His communication was excellent. I was here for a work trip and wanted to stay longer. When I return for future trips in Boston, I hope to stay here again. The only thing to note about this airbnb is it requires 2 flights of stairs that are pretty steep... anyone w/ handicaps, difficulty walking, or bringing large suitcases should reconsider.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

It was a great stay in a nice apartement next to the ocean and Nantasket beach.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

This was such a a great place to call home for the few days we were visiting the area. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Airport T station and about a 15 minute walk from the Maverick T station. The place was super clean and the area felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the place was very spacious. I really enjoyed staying here. When I come back I would like to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The space was very clean and cozy!! Host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating! Well worth the price, would absolutely recommend!!

It was simple and lovely. Good communication. If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs neighbors may or may not be an issue. I was woken up a couple of times due to heavy walking up and down the stairs and the footsteps above are very audible in the apartment below. But other than that, perfect for our visit of families in the area.

We encountered a couple of issues upon check-in, but Jesse went above and beyond to resolve them quickly. His responsiveness and professionalism made all the difference. A truly Outstanding host! 5 stars for Jesse!

Jeff’s place was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay, the view was excellent. The house has everything you need. We would definitely recommend a great place by the beach, lots of walking areas in Ipswich.

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

This was a best of all worlds for a family birthday celebration. The property was big enough to be comfortable, with outdoor seating to allow us to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. We could gather around the counter in the kitchen, in the living room area and had the option (which we did not use) for a family style dinner in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Instructions for entry and use of kitchen and tv were very helpful and specific (not all newer tech is intuitive, and this was well anticipated by our hosts). The location is close to Salem for a daytime Halloween visit and the option to walk around Marblehead during the evening trick or treat activities, finishing with a walk from the house to an elevated harbor point to watch the closing festivities in Salem across the way. We all were completely impressed with the property and the location and would look to stay there again.

Great house, lots of room, an en suite bathroom in the primary make this property a great location for families and multiple guests. We had four adults and two toddlers and this comfortable house with a great kitchen and roomy den with vaulted ceilings made it very comfortable. I recommend Peter and this charming home very highly.

Rented for a family trip to Boston, New York, and New Hampshire. Was a 30 minute drive to Boston, 4 hour drive to New York City and Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Place felt like being at home as opposed to being at a hotel. House was very clean and well stocked. Using the key pad was easy and worked very well! I have rented other airbnbs were the keypad did not work. Barry and Kellie were very responsive hosts, the house location was very peaceful and quiet. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone!

Virginia was an excellent host, and so accommodating! She did everything she could to get us in earlier to the Airbnb after our red-eye flight. So responsive and kind, couldn’t recommend her place more!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

We had such a great stay over New Year. The place is even better than the photos, so spacious & clean. A beautiful home, extremely comfortable beds. Warm and cosy with everything we needed. My daughter left one of her airpods behind and the host was quick to reply and find it for me and we arranged to collect. Thanks for a great stay!

Leslie’s place was perfect for our family. It is large, spacious and stocked with everything you need. Everything was pristine clean, comfortable beds, and having a washer/dryer is always a plus. Pictures do not do it justice. The location was amazing with restaurants, coffee shops, and corner grocery store within a short walk. Leslie was quick to communicate and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

Great find! I hosted out of town friends here and everyone of them commented how great the home was. It's spacious with plenty of spaces to hang out, the beds/bedrooms were comfortable and large size beds! It was ideal for friends coming in from out of town and a convenient location. A nice walk to downtown Arlington, definitely recommend.
