Such a beautiful home and perfect location. My family and I felt right at home. Very accommodating for a family reunion of 10+ people. They even provided a high chair for my baby. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% recommend this home. Thank you so much again.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Matt and Deb’s property was AMAZING! We were looking at relocating to the area and chose this property to stay at to get a feel for the area. It was the perfect choice. Beautiful view, great location, boat dock to bring your toys. The property is very well updated and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Mr. Ramy was an amazing host and we will be back again next New Years! Happy 2025! The home was comfortable clean and had a nice dock for our boat. The view was wonderful from the back porch. Some of the games in the game room were broke but that was not a problem and a little dog hair on the couch when we first arrived but yet a gain no big deal! Greta way to ring in the new year! We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place! It has all the cozy feels of your own home! It is beautifully decorated and met the highest expectations of clean! Javier was very responsive to our questions. We especially appreciate the kitchen being stocked with all the essentials! We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting Antioch!

The yellow house was exactly what we needed for our three-day vacation with the kids from New York visiting. The house was spotless, the mattress incredibly comfortable, and we cherished the quality family time spent by the fireplace, sharing stories and conversations.
