Vacation rentals with a patio in Medellin

Beautiful view and balcony, quiet, comfortable. Laundry worked great, the gym in the building is quite good and I discovered a great co-working space in the building. In about 10 minutes walk I could reach a number of restaurants and maybe 15 minutes there was a full mall which turned out to be helpful for me. Was able to taxi to different tours and attractions, about 15 or 30 minutes to the center of Medellin depending on traffic. A perfect place to have a more private and comfortable stay for me in Medellin during an extended period of travel.

The place is just like the photos, great location, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Super friendly host, attentive, always willing to help as much as possible. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, just like the images, it is very well equipped. Located in a good area, friendly and cordial host. It has all the kitchenware (rice cooker, blender, pots, dishes, etc...)

Juliett is warm, friendly and always helpful... The estate is in a fantastic location, a little paradise to relax and surrounded by beautiful nature. There is everything you need and even a fireplace and barbecue. I look forward to coming back! The Finca I already need it:)

The accommodation is super, very comfortable and clean , very good location. Communication was always excellent and immediate help when we required it. Definitavamente that the rooms have air conditioning is a good plus. There is a supermarket at par and several restaurants. I recommend it 100%.

This was a quick one night stay and it was exactly what we needed. Enough beds and space for my family. Comfortable and clean. However the hot water only worked for one persons shower and was cold the rest of the time, as well as cold water for the jacuzzi. Otherwise no issues.

Would definitely rent this place again. The location is close to all the major cities like poblado, lauralles, etc. the place is clean and has everything you need and the view on the 5th floor is remarkable.

Amazing views and nice apartment. Security if friendly. Just is responsive. Only improvement I could suggest it either they mention in their description their apartment has coffee machine but host need to bring coffee powder on their own to make a coffee or they provide it. Also to my surprise they didn’t have wine glasses in kitchen.

This location is convenient, filled with local restaurants, stores, and scenery. Also, providing close proximity to neighborhoods such as Laurels and El Poblado. The building is secure, ensuring safety of its guests. And most importantly, the property is clean, has an amazing view and an even better host. She went above and beyond to make my 30th birthday trip special! Leonely is responsive, kind, and the most amazing! It was very hard to want to leave, I am already looking forward to my return!
