The house is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with fence and a little terrace in the front. It is very clean, beautifully decorated with huge windows and plenty of natural light. The place is clean and has all the amenities. Imelda is a kind, patient and informative host with fast and clear responses and great suggestions. I would definitely stay here again, it feels like home. ❤️

It's a great place for great value and for the low budget too, a safe neighborhood as well. But before you book the place, please remind the host to make sure to clean the bathroom more. Be reminded that the kitchen doesn't provide any windows or exhaust fans to extract hot air from inside, so you're gonna need a fan (already included in the house) to blow out the air. Overall, we enjoy the trip there. Thank you so much!

It a comfortable and spacious house. Very clean and near to the city centre. Parking lot can fit 2 cars, there are 4 rooms 3 bathroom. Fully airconditioned (All rooms including the living room are equipped with airconditioner). There's a large balcony at the 2nd floor. Ms Sherly is very helpful, flexible and friendly. My parents and I were very happy and satisfied throughout our stay. Nevertheless, it will be great if there is a wifi connection (as foreigner cannot use Indonesia's simcard using phone that was purchase outside Indonesia) and if we can use the washing machine. ^^ Overall LOVE IT! Ps: if you require massage service, do ask the guard for contact. My family got ourselves full body massage at a very reasonable price.

The apartment is very nice, the view of the terrain city is very clear from every room . The owner is also friendly. . . The apartment staff is also friendly. Security is also swift .

The place itself was great for its price. But the host herself was what made staying there that but better. Very helpful and responsive for any inquiries or issues I faced while I was in Indonesia and fixed any problems related to the apartment when brought up,. 10/10 would stay again.

Enjoyed staying at Agus’s central apartment with my sisters. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Apartment was well equipped with everything. Kurnia’s apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Medan, within easy walking distance to two great malls, the train station, and several excellent restaurants. For exploring further, Grab rides are readily available, making it convenient to get around the city. The apartment block itself is quiet and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful access staff ensuring a smooth stay. A charming little café right across from the main entrance is a lovely bonus for a morning coffee or a quick bite. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Medan—highly recommended!

Initially got an apartment that hadn't been cleaned, but the host's response was fast until 11pm, we finally moved to a new and clean apt, thanks.

Brand New n equal to 5 Stars hotel except the Mall close at 10 pm. So for people like late drinking place need to find outside complex . Also Mall open at 10 am. So need to prepare early breakfast in house.

This was our second stay with Mellisa, she had everything we needed and was very friendly and approachable, on top of being very responsive with anything that we needed help with. Location being in central Medan, we were very near Podomoro mall, and just a short drive away from the two Brastagi supermarkets nearby. The kids loved the pool and playground within the condo, and Mellisa also provided them with some toys and books to keep them entertained during our stay. During our first stay, we had asked for the sofa bed to be set up as a bed for the kids, and she even remembered the details of moving the lamp away from the kids bed for safety reasons during our most recent trip. Mellisa was also very flexible with our needs for late check-in and check-out due to our flight timings. On the overall, the unit was spick and span, very comfortable and cosy to all of us during our 2 week stay in Medan. Absolutely a rare gem with the stunning views of the entire city from her high floor unit!

the location is in the middle of the city making it easier for me to go anywhere, the place is also very clean, but there are some that are lacking such as plates, glasses, and pans. So I can't cook there. but overall I feel happy during my stay there.
