A whole house to itself!!!Since April 2023, we have been renting out our newly built holiday home at Lake Constance on the Höri. They are surrounded by beautiful scenery and a short walk to the lake. Our house offers enough space for 2 - 4 people with two bedrooms. We offer a detached modern Weber house with over 90 square meters in a wonderful location. The comfortable room atmosphere, which results from the use of natural building materials, stands for a pleasant living experience.

Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri Peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small house is located in a quiet street, about 300 meters from Lake Constance & beach. The sunny garden is fully fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, the island of Werd, the Rheinfall Schaffhausen or the wildlife and amusement park Allensbach (CH) are nearby. Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

At the top of the hillside above the shooting valley is our holiday home with views over the city landscape of Ravensburg and Weingarten. It is the "swallow's nest" – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg, which tells a special story.   We preserved the former "washhouse" in which diapers were once washed for the then settled children's home and let it shine lovingly in new splendor. The special flair of this cottage was maintained.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22 onwards.

The lake house on stilts is located directly at Lake Constance. On the terrace and from inside the house you can watch the scenery, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is located in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for peace seekers, who like to be surrounded by nature.

It has 2 balconies, a garden with seating under fruit trees and a fire bowl, playground for children and tree house. Bus station, post office and grocery store can be reached in a few minutes.
