Our stay at Petra's place was great. The house is exactly as described and in a great location - close to amenities and easy to get to great nearby places like Hamburg and Luneburg. The setting is great - peaceful and lots of birdsong. We really enjoyed it - thank you!

Gisela was very friendly, always easily accessible, responded quickly to messages and also gladly and easily fulfilled our extra requests (e.g. second key). The apartment itself is cozily furnished, and very comfortable and spacious. You can easily stay there with 5 adults, and also retreat. We loved the small seat in the Gaube!!! As a host, Gisela also thought of the many little things you would like to forget at home. It really has everything you need for a stay. And a village shop, e.g. for the rolls in the morning, is also (within walking distance) in the village. The only small minus point: for people with knee problems, the perforated staircase that leads into the apartment on the 1st floor and the slightly steeper staircase inside the apartment from the 1st floor leads to the attic, becoming a problem. But otherwise it is a really nice and highly recommended neighborhood!

A really nice and cozy furnished apartment with what you need during your stay. Lovely surroundings, beautiful garden, a place you feel at home in. Great helpful host, a place you'd love to come back to and a great base to explore that part of the country from. We were there for 6 days with 2 half-sized children who each loved their room. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very clean, spacious, nicely furnished. The garden offers many small corners to relax and feel comfortable. I would recommend the apartment to friends.

We have been two families, eight in total, who have stayed in "Alte Schule", and there was plenty of space. Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived, and overall the place was a perfect setting for some quiet days in a wonderful company! The place can only be recommended on our end!

We chose what we wanted very accurately. Our wishes and expectations were met in all respects. The charm of this house with history is wonderful, the high old spaces are high quality, decorated with taste and with personal details. From the living room and kitchen you can look into the garden with old trees. You can hardly experience more beautiful autumn.‘ The great kitchen lacks for no wishes! We have experienced magical and very cheerful hours with our family. If we weren't too noisy for our hosts, we'd love to come back!
