We had a great stay at Jessica's house. The house was roomy and clean, especially for a house that allows pets. The garage was huge and great to have access to. The backyard was awesome, peaceful, and beautiful, with access to the creek trail. My only negative (and it's a small negative) was the main road was a little busy and narrow which made us a little hesitant to walk with our 19-month-old daughter. And the back porch and backyard were unfenced, which would be nice to haves for those with young kids. But overall it was great. Thanks a ton Jessica, we would definitely stay here again, I bet it is amazing in the summer when all the trees and grass are green.

Absolutely enjoyed our family weekend getaway . We felt right at home & enjoyed how peaceful it was . Coming from Phoenix where it’s always so busy , it was nice to be able to sit outside and just enjoy the quietness . My kids really enjoyed the playground . We cooked breakfast and dinner on the flat top & truly just embraced being outside. Also the master bedroom bed is super comfy, we couldn’t have slept the days away lol If I had to recommend anything it would be to either bring your own heating source along if able if traveling in the colder months , as the house was very cold due to it being freezing outside . We had to turn on every heater in the house to knock out the cold and even then it took layers of clothes and blanket to truly stay warm . Besides that it was great 👍 will definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

This is the coziest little cabin and felt so comfortable and homey! The kitchen has everything you could need. The space is organized and laid out very well to create lots of storage while leaving plenty of room to relax. The campground area is extremely nice with friendly neighbors. Short drive to town for groceries/ restaurants. I can't express enough how much we loved coming back to this cabin at the end of the day and being able to relax and enjoy the space!

Wow. What a great place to stay! Each bedroom had its own balcony, and three of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in the central area of the house, with the kitchen, bar counter, dining table, and living room all sharing one great space. The chefs in our group loved the gas stove, while others kept the fireplace going or just relaxed. In our years of going up to Sunrise to go skiing, we have never found a place to stay that was this close to the slopes.

This was the absolute perfect place for our family to enjoy a weekend away. There was SO much for the kids to do (toddler and teens) with ample space for our group of seven. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the home was super comfortable. We will definitely be back this summer for another stay!

Want a place of peace and relaxation? This is it!! Beautiful views, extremely quiet and private. Property was stunning inside and out. Dawson was a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and professional. An added bonus is that Sun Rise Ski Resort is roughly 15 or so minutes down the road. This property and Dawson deserve more than 5 stars. We will be returning in the future!

Trachel’s place was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful! Her place was spotless and quiet! It was super easy to get in and was very close to downtown Showlow! Beautiful historic home that was restored very well. Loved the walkability to several very good restaurants in Snowflake. The guest lounge was very convenient and always re-stocked. The Copper House was larger than expected and very clean. We were nervous about it being hot, but there were plentiful room ACs that seemed fairly room and did a good job keeping the house very comfortable. A treat of a hotel, particularly in this area.

Great places to stay !! Location was the best part: easy to walk to the lake and closed to town. Had plenty of space to hang out with great view off the patio. Very clean. Lee and Georgia are very friendly fast communication. Highly recommend!!

Great location for the bike race. Steve did an excellent job creating a pre check-in video showing where everything was. It made settling in very easy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The games available were great entertainment for my 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again.
