Rowan’s Retreat is a hidden treasure in a quaint old Florida style neighborhood close to downtown. The home has so much character and everything you need. The photos don’t do it justice. The foosball table was a fun surprise that my son enjoyed & the hot tub was perfect at night. We will definitely be returning.

Thanks for a great Florida stay! The home was clean and provided all the necessary amenities we wanted. It was great to come back and unwind in the pool at night. Some of the home amenities and fixtures are a little "dated", but everything was functional and clean. I'd recommend for others if in the area. Thanks again!

This condo is exactly as it was described in the listing. It was pristine and had everything we needed when we arrived. Bill responded immediately when we texted with a question. Love this area of Florida. It was peaceful and beautiful! Short distance to eateries and things to do. Loved walking or taking a golf cart ride around the marina where you see manatees and an occasional dolphin and listening to the conch shell blown at sunset. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It’s a shame we came to get away from snow and ice and Cape Coral was having a cool snap and we couldn’t enjoy the pool. However we were able to enjoy the hot tub! That was awesome!

This home had everything we wanted for our short get away. Location is near everything. Perfect place and we look forward to staying here again!

We’re a family of 3 adults vacationing for 2 weeks. This house is situated in the perfect location for us. Close to many restaurants, shopping and conveniences but nestled in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. The backyard is private and has everything to catch rays, soak or swim and hangout. The house is cozy, open and comfortable. Very well stocked and well maintained overall. Some items could be fresher like area rugs but loads of towels, kitchen supplies and other necessities. Alex was quick with replies and very accommodating. We loved our stay and we are coming back!

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Peaceful. Only a few blocks from Bonitas busiest road, but you would never know it. Canal side was quiet like you were miles from anywhere but only 5 minutes from anything you could need. Cute, well decorated and the most comfortable bed made the week great. Watching the anoles and the fish in the canal from back porch was great. Meg was responsive and helpful. I recommend Melissa’s Icecream for a sweet treat and we had the best Cuban food at Ferdinand the Bull. Bonita Beach was close and great, but busy. I highly recommend Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach for less than busy, pristine beach experience. I would book here again. Thanks Meg for sharing your cute home with us.

Hi. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. We came for a baseball tournament and literally just used the house for sleeping. House is ideal with two large families. Pool was clean and heated to 85. I would book again.

This is the cutest house and has EVERYTHING you need and then some!!! The kitchen has ALL equipment and utensils you could possibly think of! Jerome was fantastic in every aspect! Would stay here again, would recommend! You can walk to downtown so the location is primo and the street is quiet with lots of other adorable homes!!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is for you. The neighborhood was well kept. The view of the sunrise on the canal was beautiful. The house is large with many seating options. The location is very close to one of the Cape Coral bridges and it was very easy to get around the area.

We love this place! Stayed here twice and will be back again. Has everything you need, is clean and has a great pool & patio! Virginia is responsive with any questions and very sweet. Recommend this place 100%!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

We found Keven's home very comfortable and enjoyable to spend our Christmas in. The boats with Christmas lights and Santa was an added treat. His kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't out exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Great house - large open space, nice pool area, rooms are lovely. Everything appears to be new. Plenty of linens and towels, very well-stocked kitchen. Pool floats and beach toys. Walk or drive to the beach and restaurants. We absolutely loved this house - we had 2 families - the kids shared the big kids room and the adults each got a king bed. The pool is solar heated - note that this requires sunny days to be warm and still has a bit of a chill on winter days, but still usable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house.

This home is lovely. It’s in a perfect location. The beds are comfy, the pool was perfect, Thomas provides everything you needs for your stay. We would love to come back next year!
