This little guest house was a perfect landing pad for a UCD trip. Properly access was easy The grounds were pretty amazing Towels, linens were very nice

I have stayed at a lot of places and this is one of my top favorites. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was stunning the pictures don’t do it justice. The outside space was beautiful and so peaceful! The golf and disc golf became one of our favorite things to do. Lashaun has thought of everything down to the tiniest details. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you Lashaun and Eric

Jim and Jen's place is beautiful! The on-site parking is a great bonus, and Jim was kind enough to allow us to park an extra vehicle—thank you! The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my four-day conference stay. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. I've found my go-to spot for the annual conference and have already booked for next year!

Sarah's place was perfect for our family of 4. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. It was clean, instructions for checkin/checkout were clear, and it was walkable to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

I'd give it 6 stars if I could! No... 7 stars! I can tell that the host cares about the quality of our visit and really put the thoughtful touches that make a huge difference. The snack welcome basket was awesome! Also the kitchen has everything, even the little necessities like ziploc bags, cooking oil, paper towels, and basic seasonings. We had fun playing on the ps5 with a decent selection of games. I had my own but I found it very thoughtful that there is even a new extra toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. I love that it's on a quiet cul de sac. This was easy to baby proof for my toddler and I appreciate that there are already toys and baby stuff so less for us to pack with us. He slept in the pack n play and played with the toys every day! the one and only downside is there was not a mattress for the pack n play, just the standard flat bottom but I bet with a host the hospitable and accommodating there may be one in the future.

This is one of my top airbnb experiences. Most are okay, not many are great. This one is great. I loved everything about it - excellent bed and linens, good towels, well-stocked (but not chaotic) kitchen, very clear instructions on/ for everything, beautiful neighborhood. I will definitely choose this place on my next trip to Sacramento, and have already recommended it to others.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

The home was beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you need basic necessities and huge beautiful home. Thankful for Marco and his team for keeping a clean and safe place for our family to call home away from home.

This Airbnb delivered—fresh oranges in the front, lemons in the back, and a basketball court that kept the boys busy (elite parenting win). 🏀 Close to the interstate, making everything super convenient. Now, about those stairs. If you've ever wondered what it’s like to stand at the top of the Eiffel Tower and stare into the abyss, this is your chance. 😅 One wrong step and it's lights out. The master bed? Firm enough to double as a cutting board and more firm than my dating boundaries. 🛏️ Upstairs bedrooms? Cute, but TVs don’t exist here. Bring an iPad or get comfortable counting ceiling dots. Towels? Let’s just say, if you enjoy drip-drying, you’ll be fine. 🛁😂 But honestly, those are minor things. Overall, I'd stay here again—just with extra towels and a safety harness for the stairs. 💅
