We came up to ski at Shasta Ski Park and enjoy Shasta and Dunsmuir and this place was in a perfect location - minutes to everywhere we wanted to go - and perfectly appointed for cozy nights in after adventuring during the day. The forest surroundings are beautiful, the hot tub was awesome, and the place had everything we needed. Comfy beds too! Highly recommend.

My family, and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with plenty of space. Bathrooms are spacious and very clean. We appreciated the extra towels. My son enjoyed the open space, and was very happy here. Highly recommend this place for your next trip. The host was in constant communication. Overall this was a great place away from home.. we had a wonderful experience here!

Cute, warm and comfortable cabin that has everything you need for a restful getaway in this area. I especially like how welcoming the host is and the homemade baked treats she left for me.

Was a super fun rental, the views were totally to die for. Overall the house made our trip ten times better ! Will definitely be booking this again and I recommend it to anyone wishing to stay here

Barbara’s place was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was peaceful and clean, and close to all of our planned activities.

To start with as a frequent air bnb guest, i have abundant experience with the platform and have booked many places and among all the places ive stayed debbies place is far and above all other places...to put it simply this place has "set the bar" for what a guest should experience from the absolutely pefect location to the downright comfortable serenity to the swanky posh furnishings and endless hot water this place is amazing in every way i can think of . Fluffy soft towells ,a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen that would satisfy even a professional chef,the most beautiful and comfortable bed in existense ,and super well thought out decorations the list could quite literaly never end ...do yourself the greatest favor ever and book a stay here but make sure you book it as long as possible cause trust me when i say you will not want to leave!!in closing ill just say " hey AIR bnb you need to award debbie for acheiving the impossible call THE EXCEEDING EXCELLENCE AWARD" !!!

The cabin was so cozy and relaxing! I work/live in Lake Tahoe, and after an incredibly busy and crowded holiday week there, I just needed a quiet place to get away. This was the perfect place to recharge and reset! The river, the cabin, the property, were all just perfect! Thank you guys!

Lisa’s place was so centrally located (right near the Berryvale Coop) and well set-up. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We slept well and appreciated how clean and comfortable the house was.

Our second time back to the Whiskey Rock Lodge and it did not disappoint! Love the views and high ceilings in the open living area, the extra-hot hot tub, and the spaciousness. It’s also super convenient to Mt. Shasta Ski Park and the towns of Dunsmuir and Mt. Shasta.

Our stay at Janets place was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking view of Mount Shasta from the property is truly unparalleled, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every appliance and amenity we needed for our 6-day stay. What made our experience truly special was the host’s warmth and attention to detail. They went above and beyond by adding a Christmas tree to delight our 5-year-old, making our holiday stay even more memorable. This was our second visit to this wonderful home, and each experience has been better than the last. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return to create more cherished memories. Highly recommended!”

The house was nice. Living room furniture (one of the sitting areas needs replacing) otherwise it was fine and comfy. It accommodated our family gathering. Due to rain and having indoor furnishings outside, the patio was unusable with mold on pillows. The jacuzzi was great and felt wonderful. The video game machine was a nice addition (especially with a 7 year old) even the adults enjoyed it. I would recommend having extra blankets for guest, we couldn’t find any in the house. The host and staff were easy to work with and responsive.
