The stay with Perfecto was perfect! The place is cozy and comfortable feels like home, spacious and with many amenities. The 2nd night of our stay we were facing some issue to get back yet he is very communicative and understanding to our situation. It’s a very good stay and definitely recommend it!

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Emmanuel is a wonderful host. I found him to be hard working and caring. He checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The house is big and comfortable with all the amenities that of a home. I will definitely return .

Over the Christmas holidays, my family spent a week here, and it exceeded our expectations. The house is remarkably spacious, with large, well-appointed rooms that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Tanzil is an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly understanding. His staff were always available, ready to assist with anything we needed, and their warmth made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic - centrally situated, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and public transport. Plus, the beach is just a short trip away. We loved every bit of our stay!

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

I highly recommend this place. Tracy and Lucy are lovely and the place is excellent. Amazing location, super peaceful, safe and quiet, yet very close to nightlife. Beautiful and comfortable space, I truly enjoyed my stay!

This accommodation was spacious and comfortable enough for two friends. The manager, Regina, was very kind and accommodating for a month to make sure there was no inconvenience. Both the Kigamboni ferry and the bridge were not very close to the location, but it was a safe neighborhood. If I visit Kigamboni again, I intend to use it again.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment upstairs in one of the houses on the compound. The garden is beautiful, it is a quiet and safe area. It was fun to go across to the football field in the evenings and watch the local games. A local farmer sells fresh delicious yogurt across the lane.. There is lovely choir music on Saturday aft / Sunday mornings. The apartment was comfortable and all services as described in the posting were provided. The balcony was lovely to use in the evenings to catch the cool breeze. The on-site staff were wonderful and were quick to respond to all questions and requests. Grace also responded quickly to any questions. The small road leading to the apartment is a bit rough but okay to walk/drive slowly. It is good to have transport if you want to access the larger supermarkets and restaurants, but there are plenty of local shops within walking distance. Local transport is also available close by. I would recommend Grace and Bengt's place.

Prashila 's Property is worth the price paid very spacious for the family. very clean There is a Guest book that contains all the details regarding the apartment including the use of electronics and kitchen ware we enjoyed our stay and will recommend many of my friends to check out this property

Really loved staying at Leah's place. The place was clean and spacious. Generally a very quiet neighborhood so got some much needed rest. I'd definitely stay again. Leah was very accommodating and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It’s very spacious! The host (Allan) was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Allan is very accommodating and always responsive to any questions or requests. A special mention to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job each time we asked for the house to be cleaned and even took care of our laundry(you just have to ask a day ahead). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I used to go big hotels but this place is actually very nice. Very close to Shoppers Supermarket where you can do grocery shopping and very close to places like Samaki Samaki, warehouse and Elements if you into clubbing. For smokers it’s the best place. Very secure. I have stayed for 28 days no issues on electricity at all. Internet at sometime it went out but not that often. In all I would come back. I just ended up renting another unit from this guy because days where blocked. I can say it’s a very good apartment

I had a great stay and experience. The host communicated well and made sure I had what I needed in order to be comfortable. The place is very neat and had working Air conditioned. I’d definitely stay there again in the future.

I stayed at Engaisis place for a month. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The electricity ran out a couple of times during my stay but Engaisi was always quick to reply to my messages and fixed the issues very quick.

We had an incredibly short stay at Hafidh's as we had a very early flight to catch. However, we wish we had more time to spend. Hafidh was generous with his time, from giving us plenty of ideas for our day trip to Zanzibar to driving us to get dinner and treating us to delicious fresh juice! He is a most wonderful host and I'll recommend his place over and over again. I hope I get the chance to stay in his beautiful apartment if presented with the opportunity to return to Dar es Salaam. Nancy's place is wonderful. It was easy to locate. All amenities were available. My colleagues and I had a wonderful time there. I would definately book this apartment again whenever I come to Dar Es Salam. The assistance at the building was quick. Wonderful place.

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! Butogwa is very friendly, and his accommodation is very clean, big and pleasant to live in. It looks exactly like the pictures so dont hesitate to make a reservation you won’t be disappointed. The only negative point is that the water doesn’t drain properly in the shower. I will definitely book again in Butogwa apartment.
