Great apartment with a huge terrace and beautiful view. Julia was super helpful and easy to communicate. The nearby Aqueduct hiking trail was remarkable where we spent several morning jogging.

Pleasant place they fit my needs. Lift, parking lot, and walking distance even for an injured person like me to a lot of different restaurants. Of course very easy access to the beach if you want that. As a solo traveler I enjoyed my stay here

I absolutely loved this place! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious. Everything is furnished with high-quality furniture, appliances, and finishes. The cleanliness is outstanding – everything was spotless. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The terrace is breathtaking, offering a stunning view of the city. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had such a wonderful experience and can’t will gladly return!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, friendly host, spacious villa, there are everything for living even tumble dryer, terrace and little garden. Highly recommend.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Probably the nicest AirBnb we have ever stayed in! Amazing attention to details

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

Alexandre was a great host and he made sure we were comfortable. He even let us check out late because our flight got delayed. The bungalow is cozy and has a cabin- like feel. It has an old feel, but is very clean. The pool is stunning! Only a short walk from the beach, this place makes the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation!

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

Stayed for a full month and enjoyed every day. Chryso responds quickly.

The photos accurately depict the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor of an elevator equipped apartment building. The entrance to the building isn’t easy to see, so it helps to know it’s in the building that houses, and is in between, the dive shop and Coffee Berry. Also, parking is on the left side of the building, for which you must go inside to retrieve the gate opener to access. Alternatively, there is free parking across the street to the left, in the lot for a building that is currently under construction. Both are convenient locations. The ground level houses a cute cafe that offers indoor and outdoor seating (Coffee Berry) and they open early and close late. Restaurants line Piale Pasa (the street where the unit is located). There’s a great outdoor food court with restaurants and bars, on the beach, within a few minutes walk. Savvas is very responsive via Whats App. WiFi in the unit worked perfectly. The best part, for me, was going to sleep each night to the sound of the waves.

It's a great, peaceful and clean place with a friendly and helpful host. It is well located, the beach and the town centre are in a short walking distance and there is a shop a few meters away. I recommend it!
