This House is a Gem! The location is incredible and very close to town. the views are spectacular, and I think it is much better in person than on the pictures. if you are coming to Rincon with a large group, this is your place! look no further. We also met the owner, she was lovely and brought us a bottle of local rum! The only item that has room for improvement, is the management company's communication. Thank you!

We had a great stay in the Moca area with our two kids. The place was very clean, felt quite private and the birds were neat to wake up to. Pool is small but it works, the outdoor kitchen has a cool vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Lots of different places to chill and the view from the roof was amazing. If you want a relaxing, nice place that's off the beaten path, don't pass this one up!! The only thing that would've made the place more peaceful is if it was farther away from the road, but it's not super high traffic. Note that in March, the mosquitoes were out at night, so don't forget your bug spray.

This is our second time staying at Villa Eva and it was once again wonderful. The location is perfectly located near the beach and a handful of restaurants/bars. It is a quick drive to downtown Rincon for more options. The space is beautiful and peaceful - we will definitely be back again!

The place is a wonder, 100% recommended for a retreat from the urban area, ideal for clearing your mind. Pedro was super attentive from when we arrived until we left. Like his employee Alex, a totally kind person and willing to help us with everything, he gave us a little tour of the facilities and was aware of us at all times. In short, a totally enjoyable experience and recommend it to the fullest. Thank you very much Alex, Pedro and his family!

Marcelo's place is beautiful and Modern. It is clean and the outdoor space is fantastic. The kitchen as you see in the pictures is small. Please look at the Google map link that Marcelo sends you. The Apple map that Airbnb supplies does not get you to the right place. Marcelo was very helpful and quick to respond.

Products used in the bathrooms, the closets were missing for the clothes hooks and mirrors in the washbasins. Cleaning details were missing in the house and maintenance of green areas. Everything else was spectacular! We had an excellent stay. The house has many things you need for a stay. Quiet and central place and good communication with the owner. Good experience!

Super cute place, I loved being up in the green hills away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All of the lights, games, maps, and the little Keychain and travel passport are really nice touchs. I loved the gazebo in the backyard, such a relaxing place to sit and listen to all the birds and the coquis at night.

Peaceful and quiet. Perfect place to spend a couple of days away from work and busy life. Outdoor spaces are great and the view is breathtaking. Didn’t expect to wake up to the amazing sound of the waves. House space is perfect, felt like home.
