Vacation rentals in Maxwell

We were very busy during our trip to Sacramento and the location was very convenient to downtown, where we needed to be each day. My only regret is not being able to cook on their beautiful Jenn-Air stove!

Had a peaceful stay, enjoying the birds and the lake. Janelle was great, and I would love to be back!

This beautiful cottage is surrounded by trees with the sounds of birdsong and river flow. The location is in the mountains, halfway in between Santa Rosa and Calistoga. Both areas are about a 10 minute drive. This is a great escape from the hustle and hustle from the city and even the towns. The hot tub, deck, balcony, and two bedrooms give different vantage points to appreciate the beauty of Humbug Creek. The hot tub was very clean, and we enjoyed using it. We would gladly stay here again - 5 stars all around.

This is our second time to stay at this place. I am Airbnb super host myself. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It is located at a quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with high quality furnitures and comfortable beddings. It has good enough cookwares and kitchen supplies to make proper meals. Sufficient plates, bowls, wine glasses and more to set up dinner table. The house is very clean. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in town. In fact I already booked our third stay in coming months.

We could only stay one night as we had a flight home the next day. It's an awesome place with four rooms and a deck to step out onto and view the lake. We were met personally to ensure that we could get in, as Jon had some trouble with his email that day. The bedroom was awesome for a couple on their honeymoon. We stayed here for a couple of days in March and could not have enjoyed our stay more. We were a party of 12 and the house accommodated us all comfortably. It was clean and tidy, check-in was a breeze, and the host, Michael, was super communicative. The house could not have been in a more beautiful location. We saw so much wildlife, including swans, hawks, turkey, vultures, herons, and even a couple of otters right from our deck. The hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard made it a great place to hang out even with some chilly weather. I would absolutely recommend this booking to anybody interested and will hopefully be back again!

House kept surprising us! In a good way! Felt super comfortable and it was a great retreat. Would definitely book here again!

Loved the view and the private dock . Next time when the weather is warm will eat on the patio and the dock . Also plan to fish from it next time . Beds very comfortable. Definitely will be returning.!
