Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. We had an amazing time with our Dalmatians. Host is really nice and friendly and his parents are really amazing. We were nicely welcomed and we felt at home. All neighbors came to congratulate us for our success on the dog shows in Mavrovo. We made new friends, we visited nice places and we had a lot of fun.

Although we were out of the season, we found a lot of hiking trails around. The host was so kind to deliver his personal local detailed maps of the region. The house was clean and well supplied and is perfect for 5 to 6 people. There is also a wonderful balcony offering hours of rest.

Simon was a great host! His house was fully stocked and heated when we arrived in the evening. The fireplace is great at heating the entire house, but there are also individual heaters for every room. The house is not at all far from the ski resort and even if you don't want to ski there are lots of beautiful and scenic walks in the area. I highly recommend renting out this house if you and a family or friends want to have a great place to rest while enjoying the natural beauty of Mavrovo.

We, our children and grandchildren had a top holiday with Albina and her team. A welcome with raki and in the evening a delicious cake. The view from the villa is really beautiful. Every morning a delicious breakfast on the terrace and for us it was extremely practical and tasty that we were cooked in the evening. For our 4 grandchildren, there was a huge garden where they could play. In the evening a campfire in the garden or fireplace in the living room. Very cozy! Every day the villa was cleaned and the fridge supplemented with soda, water and beer. If you have an issue, ask Albina and she will fix it! We highly recommend Villa Tomadhe!

Its a great vila right in the midst of nature. A unique experience as you can enjoy a view of the whole lake surrounded by mountains. Has a cozy restaurant nearby that also conveniently does deliveries to the house. Alexandar kindly escorted us to the vila and provided clear instructions for everything.

I stayed for two months at Marko's place and I felt right at home. Marko is a charming host. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had everything I needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The view of the lake and mountains was awesome! Highly recommended!
