Abel proved proactive, friendly and receptive during our stay. It was a time when I was operated and therefore it was proposed to stay on the first floor. However, this is not at the “ground floor” height, there are flights of stairs until you reach the apartment (average of 46 steps). Anyway, everything went well and we are grateful! But I make this observation for upcoming guests who rent under similar conditions or with PCD/wheelchair/elderly tenants. Cheers!

Everything is in compliance. Were attentive to my questions. The location is great, close to the center and other essential locations, the only problem is the external noises of cars and trailers, due to being in BR. But nothing that significantly gets in the way. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great, very spacious and cozy, and the most important is well located has a supermarket nearby !! We were very welcome and we will definitely be back next year!
