The house is beautiful and well tidy is close to the beach and the whole process of check-in and checkout was simple. Camila was a great host, always answering any questions. We had a problem with lack of water due to Sanepar and Camila was very helpful and quickly resolved the situation.

The hostess was extremely helpful, the house is large, the air conditioners worked perfectly, comfortable beds, very good waterfall pool, good kitchen items and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is safe and the host has allowed our pet to stay. We had everything we needed in a home, comfort and safety. We recommend it.

Very good house. Air conditioning in the rooms. Ampla. well-equipped, great pool. We stayed 4 days, we enjoyed a lot. It has a back passage that gives access to a beverage and cafeteria distributor. Near bakery, pharmacy, market.

Excellent stay. Apartment is large, good size bedrooms, furniture in very good condition. It has a balcony of excellent size. Private entrance to a stretch of Mansa Beach with little movement, so less concern to look at young children. Very clean, well cared for condominium. We love the stay!! The apartment has a great location, close to restaurants, markets, beach kiosks and especially on the sea front (seagulls beach). It is very complete and cozy. The beach is quiet and great for going with the family. Nadya and Mariuza are amazing and very attentive, making themselves available for any questions we had. The trip was great!!

Once again the stay was impeccable. the apt is the same as the photos, everything very clean and organized, this is the second time I have stayed with Grazi and recommend it and will be back for sure. We really feel at home. Localization is perfect, close to everything, supermarket (tip, there is one that is next to the Shopping Mall, very good price), has pharmacies, bars, restaurant, bowling, boardwalk and kiosk (tip, there's the Brahma shop almost at the end of the promenade on the right, good price until eating). You can do everything by walk! You can choose to go to Brava beach (to the left of the stones, it is more peaceful in relation to the muvuca of people) the on the right side gives more people, there are the stages of show and activities. For those who like calm beach there is Mansa (in this case you have to drive, on average 3 minutes). Na mansa has the girls kiosk (the first of the tip) with churros and pastel with great price (recommend) and for those who like tours there have a caíque and plank and the beach looks like a swimming pool with a wave. Mary's penthouse is cozy, familiar, well-equipped and very well located. Apartment very well cared for, I felt at home. Besides being right in the center of caioba, close to everything!

Everything extremely perfect, we love the time we stayed there, we feel at home, the ap has everything we needed, very comfortable, the condominium is complete, pool, courts, game room, grills, pet space, food trucks , security, check-in and check-out super easy and the neighborhood is very cool! I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue grill. In addition, it provided us with fresh linen and towels and the place was organized and without odors. Reinalda also removed all our doubts and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I highly recommend it for sure!!

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.
