Vacation rentals in Matfors

We stayed in Skatan for 2 days. The house was beautifully located, has everything you need and looked like the pictures. The location is very quiet, but easily accessible by car. Marie and the neighborhood in Skatan was very sweet. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to see the aurora lights in one night. We would definitely return if we travel to Sweden again.

Very nice, quiet and peaceful surroundings, clean and nice. Beds and textiles felt brand new and hotel quality.

Enjoyed a peaceful 3 months in this wonderful cabin. The location is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by lots of nature and situated right by the lake. Joakim and Beatrice were perfectly helpful and informative right throughout the stay and they made settling in a breeze, couldn't have asked for better hosts. The cabin itself is modern, warm and cozy and has all the essentials you need with amazing views across the lake towards the nature reserve. Highly recommend Joakim & Beatrice and their cabin. 5 stars all round!

Incredible cottage with a peaceful aura. We enjoyed our stay here very much and nature was incredible. Highly recommend if you want to discover and spend time in nature. Big plus you could charge your phones despite simple camping standard (without running water and electricity in a lot) ☀️💕 Charlotte was a helpful host with quick communication!

The house has a great ambiance by the fireplace. More beautiful than the pictures. The outside is also very nice. We stayed in the house when there was a lot of snow and a frozen lake, so the kids enjoyed it all over. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Incredibly cozy house that gave a real Lönneberga feeling. We enjoyed ourselves so much and the beds were super comfortable. If we go back, we'd definitely stay there for days! A real home feeling, what you dream of!

Super nice place to stay and nice host couple. The home contained everything we could wish for. Nice cross-country tracks and ski slope with lovely nature snow nearby and to end the evening with swimming in the sauna and ice under the starry sky was magical! We'd love to come again!
