Vacation rentals in Matancitas

I go to Cabo 2-3 times a year and always stay at the condos located in Tesoro. I stay in this area because of the central location and all the restaurants , shops, bars, and of course the marina located within walking distance. This condo is by far the nicest condo I have stayed at in this complex. The owners appear to have done a complete remodeling of the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, awesome job with the raised ceilings in the bedrooms. All very nicely done! The outdoor patio was very spacious, with a fantastic view of the marina with nice tables and chairs to enjoy it. There were plenty of charging stations for cell phones, located exactly where they needed to be. I didn’t need the washer/dryer, but nice to know it was there. The lights in the kitchen were a nice touch! Thank you for the welcome beers and water, they were very much appreciated! This is my new place to stay in Cabo!

The place is excellent, the pools are a little cold in winter, the beds are excellent, ideal for large families you have the super 24 hours close to Costco, next door to incredible beaches, past the avenue for easy access, the very well equipped kitchen, ideal for children and adults, the living room and common entertainment areas are first level the apartment is super quiet, has a grill, which is well cared for and clean I highly recommend visiting this place, one of my best vacations

We had an incredible stay at this villa. I highly recommend both the rental and the service !! The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and no detail was spared. The management knows what they are doing. The service was top tier & the concierge was exceptional - so responsive & helpful! Felt so safe in this gated community and around area. The security even contacted us to ensure our teen children could leave the facility after dark.

The best place to stay in Cabo. Short uber trips to the main Cabo San Lucas. Gorgeous home with tons of space and the perfect accommodation for your next trip to Cabo. The host was amazing and so responsive. We felt so taken care of and would highly recommend this place.

The attentive staff and daily breakfast were the cherry on top. Whether a solitary retreat or a gathering of loved ones, Topia is an unequivocal triumph. We’re already plotting our return.
