Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Matadeiro Beach

We were in Florianopolis for 20 days in total. We very much like the nearby location, restaurants, mall and center of the island. clarissa is very attentive.

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

It was a very nice time with my family, it met our needs. It is comfortable.

Great house, all very organized and clean, spacious house, has everything we need, we have nothing missing. Near the beach, you could walk peacefully. All perfect, note 10 for the house and for the owner, very helpful.

We stayed for 10 days at Vanessa's house and were surprised by the place. The house is very cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood and is excellent for resting. It is at the end of the street near a trail on the beach of Mozambique. The interior is very welcoming and has everything. The kitchen is complete and the electros work very well, it even has a washing machine. The exterior is also a show apart, it has a really very large lawn that our two pets loved to explore and play. The location is very good, it has markets, restaurants, bakers, parks, beaches all close for those who don't want to get around much. But it's also a few minutes drive from other famous beaches if you want to explore a little bit more. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, we will definitely return.

Very cozy and comfortable place! Roberto and Ana Paula were extremely helpful and made us very comfortable! We won even coffee with broa and cavaquinho, hahahha!! We will certainly return, the place is close to the English beach, markets, and centrals. We leave the car in the garage all the time, because we don't need it for anything.

We spent 3 months at Marcelo's house and it was a very good experience. The house is incredible, very well-equipped, you find everything you need. Luciana was excellent Co-host, very cordial and helpful. I recommend this location. The river tavares is very quiet, mtos restaurants, bakeries, markets. Thank you for hosting.

The house corresponds to the ad, is spacious, well-equipped and clean. Well located, near the beach. Adriana was a great host, suggesting tips of places all the time, which helped us explore the region well and complete our season.

The apartment is beautiful, with air-conditioning in all rooms, very well structured, new mattresses, a good location for the beach, with convenience and bakeries nearby. The pool area is sensational!! Only point was that we had problems with our checkin, it was supposed to be at 2:00 pm, but the team that manages the apartment ended up losing and was freeing up the space at 5:00 p.m., they apologized, but it ends up being a inconvenience, they also only gave us 1 tag and one of the 2 access controls to the garage gate did not work. Other than that, all right!

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

We love our stay. The house is wonderful. The extremely warm swimming pool, the very well equipped kitchen (this point surprised us a lot), the living room sofa is the most comfortable sofa I've ever seen, the great and spacious rooms, with air-conditioning in each of them, air-conditioned and spacious bathrooms and beds with built-in massager. The outer gourmet area is very complete and functional. The beach is very close and very nice too. Amazing vacations. We felt at home.

It was all perfect ! Giovana is a wonderful, kind and very attentive host. The house is a delight ! Moderna , comfortable .. all extremely clean and all amenities available. The common areas are fantastic tbm and the view of the swimming pool is a spectacle apart . Thank you for all your attention and for this experience. See you soon !

Great place. Beautiful view of the mountains. Limited view of the lagoon. Solid space for a pool day + bbq. The sauna works well although it only fits about 3 people at a time. The outdoor jacuzzi had pretty murkish water and we couldn't get it to heat up so we didn't use it unfortunately. The monkeys are VERY present and incredibly cute. Just be mindful to keep doors closed and no food hanging around. We had some issues with the aircon the first day but they were dully fixed. The poolhouse case two beds in separate rooms; however, one of the rooms can only be access through the other rooms, so there's limited privacy in the poolhouse. Internet was a bit spotty at times. None of us were working so can't say if it's strong enough for conference calls. Overall, despite some of the few issues mentioned above, it's a great place. Nestled in nature, with beautiful views, and ameneties to opt for an airbnb-day over a beach-day, not much more to ask for.

We feel very welcome. The apartment is extremely complete, has everything from electron cutlery, useful for everyday life. She left bedding and towels all clean and very smelling. The apartment is very functional and cozy! The hostess responded to the messages very quickly, always demounting a lot of education. I've already saved her contact, we'll come back more often. We love each other!

Top place, wonderful view, super recommend!!!

We had an awesome week at Paulo Henrique and Rita’s spot in Praia Ponta das Canas, Florianópolis — best stay ever! They live next door but don’t bug you; they’re like cool neighbors — warm, kind, and always offering help. The house is perfect: super clean, every detail covered. Kitchen’s loaded — coffee makers (capsule and drip), grill, toaster, tons of cookware. Internet’s fast, ~150 Mbps, no hiccups. Beach is 5 mins away — calm, family-friendly vibes, with chairs, an umbrella, and cooler bag included. We used Uber, but there’s a parking spot if you drive. The hilltop location gives killer ocean and mountain views. The terrace with swings and a hammock was our hangout — unreal! Outdoor shower’s a bonus post-beach. Paulo and Rita’s hospitality made it special. We’re coming back for sure. Total gem for a real home feel!

The location is great. I found it very complete, air-conditioning, barbecue, kitchenware, cupboards, balcony... All very clean. The street looks very safe and has no movement. The location is not in the center, but for those who don't mind walking a few minutes, it's certainly not a problem. I would recommend and rent again.

excellent space, beautiful and with immense tranquility. I took my two dogs (malts and shepherds) that were very welcome as well. Local is excellent for those who want to enjoy the beaches of Floripa, rest and bring their pets together.

Our week on this beach was amazing, otima house, with a very good infrastructure, Silvia super helpful and attentive, wonderful beach!! It was days of great joy and rest, we will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was amazing. This little house in the trees is beautiful, we feel in the middle of the forest ! We were greatly welcomed by Karina, who was very flexible and super friendly. Since the house is a bit hidden, she gave us clear instructions and it was perfect. This place is a little piece of heaven (from the windows, we saw lots of monkeys and beautiful bids!). It was clean and convenient. I would totally recommand if you want an original place to visit Floripa !

The stay was excellent, the place super comfortable and easy to access , the pool is an excellent plus. It should be clarified that the apartment is in block c it does not have a view or is above the battery but the good experience does not change. I would definitely return!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.
