i really liked the space, very comfortable, I took my pet Lulu from Pomerania on the trip, he bricked a lot in the backyard with my wife, so the three of us loved exclusive my pet 🐶and the location also very good 😃

Mr. Rogério is very attentive, a quiet place, super clean house, exceeded my expectations, close to the beach, not to mention the tranquility of the place, I recommend it.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. Gustavo was very attentive and helpful, as was Marcia, who received us.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is very good the owners are very attentive and flexible, there is everything you need, close to the beach, close to other beaches, market nearby. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 10 days at Vanessa's house and were surprised by the place. The house is very cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood and is excellent for resting. It is at the end of the street near a trail on the beach of Mozambique. The interior is very welcoming and has everything. The kitchen is complete and the electros work very well, it even has a washing machine. The exterior is also a show apart, it has a really very large lawn that our two pets loved to explore and play. The location is very good, it has markets, restaurants, bakers, parks, beaches all close for those who don't want to get around much. But it's also a few minutes drive from other famous beaches if you want to explore a little bit more. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, we will definitely return.

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

We had a great stay in the apartment! The space is like in the photos, it has everything that is needed to meet those who stay - including small details that, for those who arrive, are extremely functional differentials: toilet paper in the bathroom, soap and dish detergent, salt and cooking oil, etc. Fernando was extremely kind, gave us tips of places to visit and proved available for any eventuality. The condominium is excellent, the pool is wonderful, the mini market 24h is extremely useful. Just cross the street and we're already at the beach. The facial recognition system works perfectly and has a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. We will certainly be back!

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

Everything was perfect! Giovana is a wonderful, kind and very attentive host. The house is a delight! Modern, comfortable... everything extremely clean and all amenities available. Amazing heaven in the middle of beautiful nature and with so much space! It’ll forever be a special place for us

We had an awesome week at Paulo Henrique and Rita’s spot in Praia Ponta das Canas, Florianópolis — best stay ever! They live next door but don’t bug you; they’re like cool neighbors — warm, kind, and always offering help. The house is perfect: super clean, every detail covered. Kitchen’s loaded — coffee makers (capsule and drip), grill, toaster, tons of cookware. Internet’s fast, ~150 Mbps, no hiccups. Beach is 5 mins away — calm, family-friendly vibes, with chairs, an umbrella, and cooler bag included. We used Uber, but there’s a parking spot if you drive. The hilltop location gives killer ocean and mountain views. The terrace with swings and a hammock was our hangout — unreal! Outdoor shower’s a bonus post-beach. Paulo and Rita’s hospitality made it special. We’re coming back for sure. Total gem for a real home feel!

Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

We really liked the house , it was according to the announcement !! A very large and equipped kitchen, clean bed linens, the pool was essential because we took a holiday with a lot of wind, and it wasn't cool to stay on the waterfront !! We had some setbacks, but which were soon resolved by the host Silvia , who was always very attentive and responded to Whats quickly . Super indico , small beach, very beautiful 🤩 and we will return for sure !

The Khrystyna space is perfect, well organized and clean the location is great and very quiet. Khrystyna received us very well and left us at will, it felt like we were at home, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

It was amazing staying in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, sleeping and waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the peace of this place. The house is very well located for those that likes to do activities in nature. I made the trail of Galheta and the Natural Pools of Barra da Lagoa - both have access directly from the house. I liked this a lot because I didn't even need to take the car during the two days I stayed, I was able to do everything on foot around the region. In addition, Karina was very solicitous and always responded quickly to our questions. She wasn't there to welcome us, but she left clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

It was a great stay. Would definitely recommend to rent a scooter and go around the island.

It has exceeded our expectations, very receptive hosts and concerned about our wellbeing, well-equipped space including appliances, ideal for families who like to cook and very close to the sea. AMAMOS!!!
