Incredible flat with one of the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. Peaceful, cosy and comfortable. Very clear instructions on directions and checking in. Very responsive and proactive host. Highly recommended.

This place is a fantastic base for exploring Lake Como! The views are absolutely breathtaking. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience even better. The spa facilities are a wonderful bonus. I can’t wait to return!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. A cozy atmosphere with spectacular views of the lake. We feel like at home, the hosts are very friendly. Silvia answer all my questions to make our stay stress free. If I could give it more than five stars I would without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious, bright, very clean apartment. The layout of the rooms is particularly well designed and we found the soundproofing great. Being two couples, one of them with a son, we found the possibility of having two separate sleeping areas: a double bedroom with bathroom on one side, and another two bedrooms +1 bathroom on the other, shared by the large central living area with respect to the apartment. Very comfortable. I highly recommend it and, who knows, we hope to have another chance in the future.

An extremely friendly, helpful, chilled and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational view and the many pets ( two cuddly dachshunds and four ?cute cats ). The journey to the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and well laid out. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, it was little used by us. Restaurants etc are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach, I don't think so great. But you can cook and dine there wonderfully when you have taken care of yourself in the Iperal in Dongo (best on the way there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation! Thanks Silvia!!

This was a perfect stay that was beyond my expectations. Serri was very friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease in this strange city. All the rooms were very clean and bright, especially the kitchen facilities were very complete. It was very convenient to go to the city center and uptown because it was close to the bus station.

Enrica's place is the best I've stayed for this trip. The kitchen was fully equipt, as was the bathroom. Both of these were in pristine condition; very clean and organised. I particularly loved the little touches i.e, paintings by Enrica and cute items, which were strategically place in the apartment. Enrica communicated clearly a day before check-in to ensure that I knew how to get into the house. Enrica and family are very hospitable people and made sure I felt at home. I recommend Enrica's place to everyone, without doubt.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

Great location and ideal to visit Como on the way down with the funicular . Welcoming hosts and full of good advice . Despite the delay of our plane, we were welcomed warmly. Everything was perfect , ideal stay. Thank you for the little touches and kindness, we will be coming back☺️.

Great view and the pool (which we couldn't use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, i.e. you either have to buy something in smaller shops (if you can find a parking space) or have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start directly at the apartment for a few hikes. There are restaurants in the village or in nearby villages if you can find a parking space - which was unfortunately an issue even in October (also because of construction sites)

The stay went very well. The accommodation on the ground floor allows you to enjoy the garden for lunch. The pool is a real asset. Finally the location 5 minutes' walk from the beach is perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como.

A great location and clean modern spacious apartment. Location was close to the ferry terminal and local shops and restaurants. Would like to return again one day when the weather is warmer to sit on the terrace . We would highly recommend it . A bottle of Prosecco and bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch .

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

An amazing vacation, largely thanks to this wonderful apartment. Debora was very friendly, welcoming, and kind, helped with all our requests, and was always available and quick to respond. A fantastic place with indescribable beauty, highly recommended!

We (couples) are repeat offenders and are always happy to go to Casa Roselli. We arrive and feel at home. Monika is an incredibly nice host. The amenities in the house are exceptionally good and commendable and it is always catered for everything in and around the house. The pool and garden are also great. All in all, an extraordinary spot of earth and a small island of bliss! Thank you for the nice holidays.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.
