The place was easy to find and accessible. Sir Gian and his team (Angel) was very accommodating. The place is very clean and cozy. The amenities are complete. You just have to basically bring your clothes lol Bathroom is great and clean as well. We love the heater! Overall, our stay is enjoyable and peaceful. I recommend this place and we will comeback!

The place was good. The host and the caretaker are friendly and approachable. They answered all my questions. Also very flexible. Will probably come back soon.

The place was very nice It would be the best place to stay for smokers But there are too many red ants. I struggled for a few days because my whole body was bitten from the bed to the floor.

Ms Rhoda is very responsive, you may send a message and she will respond right away. The place is clean so as the bathroom and the bedroom's airconditioning is good and cold too! Which is a plus cause we have two infants with us. Over all, the place is nice and we instantly felt at home. Thank you, Ms. Rhoda!

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

Lionel and Veronica were incredibly helpful hosts. They ensured we had all the information we needed, including the address and caretaker details, and were always responsive to our inquiries. On our check-in day, we were warmly welcomed by Rochelle, who promptly addressed our concern with the Wi-Fi and provided a quick solution. The location is less than 5 kilometers from the town proper, so it’s a good idea to bring all the food and supplies you’ll need. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, and the bathroom comes with towels and basic essentials. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the city, I highly recommend Lio’s place. The serene atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a quick getaway. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

Staying at this place was indeed great. From checking in to checkout, the process was smooth. The place was near the spots you want to go to as a tourist but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The view from the rooftop is great too. When we got there, the unit was clean, there are cooking and dining utensils ready for us to use, the towels and toiletries are also top notch. We will definitely go back and stay here again.

Aldo is a responsive host. Kuya Dexter (the caretaker) is also helpful and cheerful. Complete kitchen amenities. Clean and spacious rooms. The kids enjoyed the mini playground. There’s sari sari store right outside the resort. If you want to order food thru Grab, it’s convenient as it’s near fast food restaurants. ☺️ Tip to the guests: bring insect repellent as there can be insects/flies at night.

You will not get bored during the whole stay as there are many activities to do. Bitin ang 21 hrs. Sulit ang bayad, the whole place is superb.
