Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maryland

We enjoyed the cozy and charming touches. It was very clean and very comfortable and inviting. The extra touches like the snack basket and stocked coffee choices were nice.

This was hands down the most well stocked and perfect set up for our family. We felt so comfortable and supported by the hosts. We had everything we needed plus more! Even treats for our furry friend! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kids loved the toys, we all enjoyed the games! The office was set up perfectly for working for the week! I could go on and on!

We loved staying at John and Holly's place. The inside was very spacious and clean. Large televisions in every room, and even one outside. The view was beautiful right on the canal and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Ocean City.

The Laurel House is the only place we've ever stayed that we felt 100% comfortable the moment we walked in the door. There were even lights and decorations up for the season. The gated front porch and fenced back yard were secure and definitely enjoyed by our dog. 100% dog friendly and safe! Wi-Fi information was inside the door right in front of your face on the dining room table when we walked in. The kitchen had everything and anything that you may have forgotten. Plenty of cooking equipment. No missing pots or pans or can openers. All of the bedrooms had plenty of storage space, lighting, and side tables. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms had plenty of linens and soaps. Great water pressure and no sulfurry odor. With two full size Sofas in the living room, it was a perfect spot for a recovery nap. The TV worked well and we did not have issues with the wi-fi at all. The beach was a short stroll away and the neighborhood was safely walkable anytime of day. Wonderful Airbnb!!!

Bill was a great host. His location near I95 was perfect. A short ride into town if you need any provisions. Bill was very friendly and accommodating. We would go back if the need ever arises.

Roya’s place was a perfect place to come back to after a busy day. Our family found it comfortable and peaceful.

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

It's a much better accommodation than what you see in the photos- I don't regret staying for a long time-

This was the most charming Airbnb I have stayed in due to the creative decor and neighborhood location. They provided nice instructions for getting around and things to do. The bed was really comfy and every amenity was available and well presented. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jd's listing was great! Very spacious and comfortable. Jd takes pride in his place and you can tell by the way it looks, as well as how responsive he is to any issue I had. He's very friendly and polite. His place has everything you can need. Plenty of extra linens and towels. The kitchen is very well stocked with all your cooking needs. The quietness of the area was such a plus! The above ground basement allowed for plenty of sunlight during the day which I loved! My family and I would definitely stay at Jd's place again!

This was our second time staying at John's Airbnb, and it was just as good as the first time if not better! Everything when so smoothly from arrival to departure. His space was private, cozy and so well decorated. Everyplace we wanted to go was in walking distance and parking availability varied by blocks which was no problem at all. John thought of every detail concerning the Airbnb and we are thankful! Neal and Robert

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Trish is a SUPER host. She was so accommodating and helpful to us during our stay. She went above and beyond expectations and we had the sincere pleasure of meeting her and her beautiful English Spaniels on several occasions. She made local recommendations and had the place set up with breakfast for us, which was invaluable due to an arrival near midnight and an early morning appointment. She offered us all sorts of information and advice and we felt like fast friends within a very short time. One of the nicest hosts we have yet to encounter. A great stay all around!

Julia’s place was just what we needed for our one night stay! It was easy to get too and the host was nice and responsive! Very clean!

Amie’s place was lovely and comfortable and great location to boardwalk, close to restaurants. Being ocean front a real plus to us! A pool is available to use but we didn’t use it because we love the ocean! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Erin's place. Love that it's right next to the park! Very convenient with a toddler :) Her instructions were super thorough and mad check in and check out a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Another great stay. The location can't be any better, central OC at it's best. Easy walk to the beach. We tried Barrio Taco this time, it's huge, recently remodeled. Dead Freddie's across the street is a plus. Plenty of room for our family. We'll be back! Raif went above and beyond with his hospitality - thank you.

Melissa’s place was perfect for our beach week. She let us know that we would be able to check in early since no one was checking out the same day so we were able to get in an extra day at the beach! She was also extremely quick to respond with any questions and gave us tips. The location can’t be beat, staying next to Coconuts is the place to be and getting to and from the beach was so easy especially with all of the beach chairs/accessories Melissa has for use!

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this spot for a long weekend mid-winter getaway. It's exactly as pictured and described - beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We didn't get to use the balcony as it was too cold, but the view of the bay and docks is great. It's also convenient to everything. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here for a last minute labor day weekend trip with our 1 and 3 year olds. The accomodations were just what we needed. The beach/boardwalk, some restaurants, and stores were within walking distance. But you definitely want a wagon if you're lugging chairs and stuff to the beach. The owners were super friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The condo was very clean and mostly childproof- they even had a pack n play and high chair for us! My daughter loved the cute pool area right down the walkway. Overall, this was a great central spot in OCMD and we would definitely stay again!

Vicki and Fred’s home was in an excellent location and had an awesome view. It was fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and beach gear which was super helpful! The beds were super comfy and we had a card and bottle of bubbly to welcome us which was a nice touch. The communication was great and we are grateful for the memories.
