Beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. Amazing views off the back deck. A pity we only stayed one night.

Absolutely loved our stay. Really enjoyed the variety of fantastic spaces around the house to relax and unwind, comfy couches and a well equipped kitchen. Location is perfect, only 5 min drive down the hill to grab supplies and 5 min walk to the edge of the Dandenong Ranges National Park. We went for bush walks almost every day of our stay, and were lucky enough to see wallabies, lyrebirds, and one time even saw a deer. Really felt like home.

Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

Wow, this was such a gorgeous place to stay the night before our wedding and the night of. My bridal party and I got ready here for the wedding during the day and it was just perfect. We got some incredible photos with our photographer in the space too. It was a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place with great facilities, great bathrooms, really comfy beds, everything really nice and clean. So close to our venue too (The Farm Yarra Valley). Thanks Bec for the special extra touches and for making our wedding stay so memorable. It was a couple of days we will never forget and your place played a huge part in that! Xx

We had a wonderful time at this air b n b! The perfect place for our group of 10 to stay for a wedding. The view is spectacular, we were very sad to leave.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

Great quiet place to stay, pool was lovely on a hot day, everything was clean and host was very responsive if anything was needed.

Rosyln was the perfect host. She communicated promptly and with all the information we needed for our stay. She also gave us recommendations of good places to eat. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rosyln was extremely generous with all the delicious food she left for us, even catering to our request for low-fat milk and wholemeal bread. We really appreciated being able to bring our well-behaved cat with us. She loved her weekend away too, and made herself at home very quickly. This was our second stay at this beautiful cottage, and before we left, we booked another stay for the end of the year. It is the best AirBnB we have stayed in.

My friends and I had such a wonderful stay here. The kind of trip where you never even need to leave the property. We spent most of our time in the pool, playing billiards, tennis or picnicking in the gardens. There are also plenty of nearby walks and gardens. If you’re looking for an Airbnb that feels like a hotel, this is not it. It’s clearly someone’s home so not newly renovated and pristine but it has so much character and this also means the kitchen is actually stocked with more then enough cookware and dinnerware for the amount of guests plus all the basic herbs, seasonings, oils, tea and coffee etc. Nearby towns of kallista and Olinda are very cute for lunch but you really never need to leave. We couldn’t believe this beautiful spot was only 45 mins from Melbourne! We’re thinking of making this a regular group trip, we had that good of a time!

We stayed for 2 night and loved the location and amenities, walking distance to centre of town. Maree was accommodating and lovely, her place was a little gem, ii was pristine and the surrounds was peaceful and lush green. We all will return in winter even our beloved dog ‘pork shop’ will miss his adventure. Thankyou again for our memorable stay with you Maree.

One of our best stays this year! Very cute studio on a rural property on the outskirts of Eltham. Perfect for solo travellers and couples. Kathi is friendly and responsive - highly recommended!

Loved the space! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Essentials were very well equipped and bonus for us was there’s a high chair for baby - totally a life saver iykyk. Not an issue, but the baby cot didn’t have great cushioning - would recommend fellow parents to bring something to layer on the crib for comfort. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

I keep coming back for a reason, also great if you are travelling with your dog.

This property is situated in an amazing spot close to shopping districts, such as Eastland, facilities including Aquanation and quick access to the city via Eastlink or public transport. The hosts were easily contactable and provided support when needed.

Tammy was so accomodating and flexible with the dates I booked. Regularly check in to see if I needed anything via text, and was super respectful and discrete. The studio was fitted with just about everything you need and if felt very homely and inviting. Well cleaned and cared for.

We have stayed at Diane’s place several times and it is always lovely to arrive at such a relaxing space. The retreat is well equipped, very clean and has lovely views out to the garden. Our two small dogs love to visit too and enjoy playing in the secure backyard. Will definitely be back soon!

Tomas has a lovely clean & comfortable place tastefully furnished. Loved the little reading/ relaxing nook. A perfect place for a dog with loads of space to run, fully enclosed with a gate that opens onto a track with lots of picturesque walking. Easy access to wineries etc. Thanks Tomas we really enjoyed our stay - you were very accommodating! Karen
