Vacation rentals with a patio in Marmari

We had a great Time at Kasia‘s Place. Place was very clean and tidy, we were able to feel right at home. A bus stop to the Center is 10m across from the Entry Door, so getting around is super easy. At first we were told by our uber that the area is „bad“ but we found that couldnt be further from the truth - lively cafes and bars at night (even during the week), friendly people, and 0 problems whatsoever - at day and at night We really enjoyed our Stay and can definitely recommend others to stay here too.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

George and Georgia were phenomenal hosts. They provided a once in a lifetime experience and I am really looking forward to visit them again.The best part was that they had a dessert in the fridge for my birthday. Thank you!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking to stay in a central location, close to pretty much everything, you won’t be disappointed here. The apartment itself was well appointed and very modern. The hosts themselves are amazing and very responsive - we had a slight issue with the fridge and ensuite shower on our first evening, which they had fixed the next morning. I would stay here again.

This was a great place and a great location for walking to the beach and going to the bakery. Statmis was incredible and so responsive. Would stay here again!

We come to Athens every year for the last several years, we have changed a lot of airbnb but we are completely willing to never change again!! Angie made us remember why airbnb was created, a stay like your home, and a connection with the host in connection with an inaccessible hotel. It was just great, in a quiet neighborhood that has it all, with easy parking, a sweet yard and a very comfortable house, equipped with all the goodies, with permanently hot water and heating! The artist's taste everywhere, as whichever corner you looked at was color and care! Everything we needed, Angie was there, absolutely animal-friendly and friendly to our dog. Within walking distance there are everything pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. while the meter is in 14 minutes walk!! Angie and Stavros thank you so much!! You've made our vacation unforgettable!!

We loved our stay here. In a really lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a supermarket and only a short walk into the city centre so we barely used any taxis/public transport. Plenty of amenities in the house and we made good use of the rooftop which has amazing views. Communication with Natasa and Manos was great, they sent detailed instructions and were helpful throughout our stay. The cats were an added bonus for us! Would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Athens.

First of all Mike was very helpful and responsive . the location shared in Google maps bring you straight to the house . To enter it's so easy . Personally I prefer this option of autonomous check in . Mike suggested a restaurant really next to the house ( really 2 mn walk ) the food was fantastic and Mike him did the reservation for us . we couldn't expect better . The house has a magnificent view to the beach and the garden is well equipped for outdoor activities . inside everything was perfect 3 smart TV in the house with Netflix ( the kids enjoyed) the beds are comfortable and the sheets very clean . The furniture of the kitchen very good quality and facilitate the task if you want to make something. the house is perfect for 4 people ( I was there with my 3 kids) but not more for sure . Thank you Mike for everything, nice area and nice house !

We loved our stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and we particularly loved the terrace where we watched dusk fall over the Parthenon with a glass of wine which was amazing. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the block was quiet. We also had free parking which was great as we had a hire car. You can walk to the Acropolis in 20 minutes and there is a great mix of local bars and restaurants plus a supermarket in the local area. Giorgios was a great host who responded quickly to questions and sent very helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment. Thank you Giorgios ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend in Athens! Yannis and Tax’s apartment is beautiful. They set up a taxi to pick us up the night we came in and that was really helpful. The driver was so kind we even asked to have the same driver the morning we left. We were walking distance to everything. We didn’t need a rental car or even need public transportation. The hot tub on the terrace is wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay!

I can tell an apartment with an incredible view. The hot tub was already ready and we didn't have to fix it. It's a very beautiful Airbnb to forget from the routine of everyday life!!

The place was cozy, nicely decorated and extremely clean. We don't miss anything at home!! Being close to MMM made our commute very easy, allowing us to explore the city without stress. I highly recommend this apartment! Mrs.Viki is an amazing host. It has given us all the information to make our stay more enjoyable .

Zhanas place was wonderful, well located near public transport, wonderful food spots surrounded. the rooftop terrace had amazing sunsets to watch just as the acropolis lights up in the evening which you have a wonder front view off!! amazing place definitely will be trying to return with lobed ones I'm future:))
