Very nice and well-equipped , very close to the center of grocery stores, etc., a quiet place with care for privacy. The pool was very nice and warm , the same in the house. We are very satisfied . I would also like to thank Mr. Cemal and we were able to ask about everything and get an immediate response.

as stated in the advertisement, it is a beautifully furnished house with 6 rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. Although not in each room, 7 toilets are quite sufficient. Since there is no shower cabin in the bathroom in the room, it was not preferred to take a bath in the toilets in the room. The hot pool was warm from the moment we arrived, it was very pleasant to enter the pool in the cold. It was very successful. It was pleasant to have a view of the kitchen. The kitchen items were comfortable enough for us to stay for 10 people. Since it is centrally located, the alternative to meet your needs is plenty.

The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. Only the cover on the hot tub wouldn't close. We couldn't use it. And because it's so close to the road, there's car noises, but if you're going to go in the winter, it's not too much of

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

It was simply a great experience. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Istiklal Street. The house is surrounded with shops, convenience stores and restaurants. There’s also a hospital right across the street with responsible ER that we unfortunately used a couple of times.

brother Hamdi is such a good host that I can hardly describe him no matter what I say about him. He is a very friendly, very helpful person. He greeted us the moment we first stepped on the island and helped us with all our requests with all kinds of questions. He even made us a nice island trip. It was one of the best homes I stayed at. It was a peaceful, quiet, calm and safe place. The amenities in the house were more than enough. There was only a problem with the lock on the bathroom door, but that was nothing to miss. The decor and patio of the house were as I would if the house was mine. Loved it. The box games and books were very well thought out. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient. This has been our next favorite place for us to meet the friends we make every year. Thank you Mr. Alper. In summary, I can recommend this place to everyone with peace of mind.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . The host was very interested, Mr. Coşkun's father greeted us. He was very interested in us and we had a very pleasant conversation. The house was exactly what we wanted, we asked that the pool be hot, especially when we went with the children, the water of the pool was very hot like hot spring water. Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back
