House vacation rentals in Marmara Region

We spent a very nice and peaceful weekend with my friends at Villa Yanık. The villa is quite spacious and spacious. The garden is just as beautiful. It is a very nice place for those who want to have a comfortable holiday in Sapanca. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep and the employees.

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

It was a very safe and comfortable stay for us, we can definitely consider choosing it again…

I had a pleasant day with my family. The comfort of the pool being consistently warm and the fact that there is a combi boiler inside the house has been the details. Apart from that, nobody is a wonderfully peaceful home. Apart from that, for the last time, it is a wonderfully peaceful house.

The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. Only the cover on the hot tub wouldn't close. We couldn't use it. And because it's so close to the road, there's car noises, but if you're going to go in the winter, it's not too much of

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

It was simply a great experience. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Istiklal Street. The house is surrounded with shops, convenience stores and restaurants. There’s also a hospital right across the street with responsible ER that we unfortunately used a couple of times.

It has a great view of the island from the top, Hamdi is very interested, he helps with everything with a friendly face, we did not lack anything in the house, every detail was considered. Thank you so much for everything:)

Place is good, lots of thing to do in the neighbourhood. Host was very accommodating.

Our stay with Turgut was truly memorable. From the moment he met us at the bus station and drove us to his beautiful farmlet, we felt warmly welcomed. It really did feel like a homestay – we met his lovely mother in person and even had the chance to connect with the rest of the family over FaceTime, which made the experience feel extra special. The farmlet is charming, with a well-established veggie garden and olive trees. We were invited to pick fresh produce and make a salad – such a wholesome touch! Over the few days we stayed, communication was smooth using Google Translate, and we enjoyed learning a bit about each other. Turgut is an incredibly thoughtful and accommodating host. The house itself is immaculate – spotless and very comfortable. We loved waking up to breathtaking views of the water and farmland below. The night skies were full of stars, and the daytime vistas were simply panoramic. There’s a rough track leading down to a quiet beach, and we spent a wonderfully relax

The house cleaning was very good, Mr. Hakan was always very helpful. The location was very quiet and calm, and the sounds of birds and nature relax you. Transportation by car is very convenient. There are markets and restaurants around where you can meet your needs.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

My wife and I had a great 2 nights. The location of the house is very nice, no words to say to the view. The house has all kinds of amenities. It was rainy when we went and added extra beauty to this atmosphere. The house was clean, the items were clean. The host offered flexible check-in and checkout times. If I were to go again, I would definitely go without thinking.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

The facility we stayed in was as it appeared in the photos. At the entrance to the facility, we received sufficient information about the facility by Mr. Ensar. Cleanliness was very good. Our needs and demands were answered very quickly. The communication and sincerity of all the staff, especially Mr. Ensar, is nice. We're people who believe that all the shortcomings or gaps that may occur in these types of trips can be resolved with the right communication. This is the right place in that sense. we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. Thank you very much to the host Ms. Derya for her sincerity and attention.

We were greeted with a smiling face by hosts. We had a henna night and a stag party for our 6 teacher friends. It was an environment we enjoyed a lot. Very clean. Kitchen utensils were enough. Beds and linens were clean. The items were a quality. The temperature of the house and most importantly the temperature of the pool was very good. The pool was cozy even later in the night. It's a place to go from there.

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back
