Very nice and well-equipped , very close to the center of grocery stores, etc., a quiet place with care for privacy. The pool was very nice and warm , the same in the house. We are very satisfied . I would also like to thank Mr. Cemal and we were able to ask about everything and get an immediate response.

The house was clean and tidy as advertised. All the facilities were available. Ms. Zeynep was helpful and caring, we did not have any problems with communication.

as stated in the advertisement, it is a beautifully furnished house with 6 rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. Although not in each room, 7 toilets are quite sufficient. Since there is no shower cabin in the bathroom in the room, it was not preferred to take a bath in the toilets in the room. The hot pool was warm from the moment we arrived, it was very pleasant to enter the pool in the cold. It was very successful. It was pleasant to have a view of the kitchen. The kitchen items were comfortable enough for us to stay for 10 people. Since it is centrally located, the alternative to meet your needs is plenty.

The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. It was simply a great experience. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Istiklal Street. The house is surrounded with shops, convenience stores and restaurants. There’s also a hospital right across the street with responsible ER that we unfortunately used a couple of times.

We had a full winter evening at Ms. Müge's house on February 11-13. It was very enjoyable. Thanks to him, he was available at any time, and it was never difficult to find in terms of location. This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Even though we decided quite late for our stay, it was smooth and quick with everything. The host, Mr. Turgut, and his mother were very warm and helpful and incredibly caring. Brother Ensar is a really great host! This is the first time I received such a friendly and heartfelt welcome. Although it was very cold, there was underfloor heating in the house and Ensar Abi provided us with all kinds of comfort by saying, “If you get cold, you can turn on the air conditioning.” Although the check-in time was 2pm, she indicated that it was okay for us to check in early in the morning and they helped out the same way. we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back
