A very nice well-kept apartment on the first floor. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to Lake Ruppin and the beautiful church. The neighbors who smoked in the hallway are the neighbors who smoked in the hallway. You had to go through 😀 Simone was always easy to reach and described everything in advance. We will be happy to come back.

We felt at home. The apartment was stylishly furnished, very clean and there was everything you needed. We liked the idyllic location directly on the lake very much and we were able to relax superbly. It's a perfect place to come down and relax.

We stayed at Dirk's place for 7 nights and were more than satisfied. With nice signs that welcomed us to the apartment, we were guided by our first questions. The decor was very nice! We had everything to take care of ourselves and there was also a great connection with public transport so you can get directly to Potsdam or the surrounding area. Great place to stay from which to explore Berlin: Busstop almost right in front of the door. Underground station witgin walking distance. Quiet appartment in a nice neighbourhood

We felt very comfortable right away, everything was available. Cozy, warm (January). Beautiful walks possible and also quickly in Berlin.

Beautiful house with great grounds and the possibility to go swimming or to use boats. Great forests and other lakes around it. You can relax all around well. 7 minutes away by car there is a small Edeka. Wifi is good. Communication with Corinna is easy. We might come back again.

The house is much bigger than appears On the pictures and so beautiful! The interior, furniture and surroundings are just perfect and make for a peaceful get away! We came for a family Christmas and I have to say that I was delighted to find the kitchen fully ready to prepare a feast and with every type of utensil and serving tableware that I could ask for! The family are immediately responsive which made us feel secure in our booking! We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and found the bedrooms and beds perfect with enough privacy per person! Thanks for helping us make Wonderful Christmas memories in your beautiful house! 🥰🎄💫

Hi Gunar, the cottage is located in a proper, beautiful, natural and quiet area. You immediately felt at home and never wanted to leave. The cottage was really nice and minimalist and yet you had everything you could ever need. The evenings at the panoramic window were wonderful and the view in the early morning were also enchanting. A wonderful house on the lake, just right for a holiday in nature. Beautiful large garden and lake are right there. It is only a few kilometers by car to the forest and the "wilderness". The house is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. We had a golden autumn week here. Thank you!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. At first it was a little difficult to find the keys to get inside but eventually we did find them. The house is amazing. Has a large open area where our dog could roam around freely. The only disappointment was the ramp to the lake was not accessible but considering the cold weather it was ok. I still feel that’s the best part of the house with a wonderful view to the lake and should be repaired and made available again. We did not stay much at the house as we visited a few places around including a one hour drive to Berlin but the house is very clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bindower Fließ and left the property almost only for shopping. The gas grill was especially great for the boys. Ideal for cozy summer evenings. We paddle together every day - the Dahme landscape is beautiful! In the park-like large meadow we could play great badminton. An ideal place for our (now adult) family to relax and be together for a few days, with enough space to be alone at the same time. Not to forget: Berlin is a 45-minute car ride away - we also had a very varied day in Neukölln. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back.

This house and property is so so beautiful, 10/10 recommend!!! My friends and I had the best time there, so peaceful, the sunsets and sunrises are something else!! We’d love to come back in summer!

Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

The apartment is a real gem in Berlin. The living-dining room is magnificent and very spacious. Great views of the water. The nearest tram stop is not far away and you can quickly get to downtown by S-Bahn. I will definitely be staying there again.

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.
