Lovely little apartment - we really appreciated the way the space is set up, a very efficient use of small space, making it feel big and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and we slept very well in the quiet cozy bedroom. Thank you, Fawn!!

Bailey was very accommodating and responsive. Even at 11:30 pm when the power went out. She reported to the utility company and found out it wasn’t just place. I would highly recommend staying here again!

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Super cute apartment unit! They had all the amenities, clear instructions, it was super clean and easy to check in and out of! Very nice! The host was super helpful with instructions and information before check in too!

What a beautiful home! Beds were comfortable and TVs in almost all bedrooms!

LOVED the house. Updated! Very comfortable. Lots to do. So close to downtown. A minute walk to the restaurants, but the town is so cute, I wish we could have walked longer. Great sunsets at the beach or marina. Kelly was super helpful and flexible. I cannot recommend this more. Even the neighbors were super sweet and friendly. We'll be back for sure. Thank Kelly!!!

My family and I had the most incredible experience. The place was spotless and perfect for our big family with 5 children under 6. Plenty of space. Adorable rooftop. Didn't even have time to enjoy the jacuzzi but they were more than happy to help us out with that. They even had cute little toys/legos our children enjoyed as well. Both kitchens were fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Everything was so so so immaculate and clean, which truly matters when you have a bunch of children rolling around and crawling on floors. We also could not love this house more! Loni was super responsive to any questions I had. We had the best long weekend!

This place was perfect for our friends get together. Comfortable, clean, quality Airbnb. Responsive host. Hot tub, a nice extra. looking forward to renting again for our next cross country ski trip.

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

This condo was more than perfect for our weekend in Traverse City. We travel to this area every year for the Iceman and it was one of the best experiences we have had due to the convenience this condo offered. We plan to be back next year. Thank you!

Brand new condo in a great location. Host was responsive to questions. Check in/out was simple and quick. Amenities were great. Spacious living areas, attached garage, small yard, front porch, and back patio made this place very comfortable. Neighborhood setting was great for walking our dog. This condo was the absolute perfect place to stay for our girls trip to Traverse City! It was a brand new build, extremely clean and well furnished, and the surroundings felt very safe. And we were able to bring our dogs! Definitely recommend!

Spacious and full of amenities! Loved cooking in the kitchen, having a garage to keep our vehicle warm in, and the board games to play. Meijer’s (grocery, toiletries, clothing, etc) is 5 minutes away and so are some cute local restaurants (Hopscotch is a favorite whenever we visit the area). Worked perfectly for our family and imagine it would for a group of friends, as well.

Our condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A short drive to downtown Traverse City. We had a great time and will book again.

the location was beautiful and looked just as pictured. it had all the amenities described and was lovely to have blackout curtains and some nightlights already in the place! we were there for a family wedding and it was a perfect homebase and our kids loved the pool (it was actually warm!). would stay again :)
