What else to add?! Absolutely perfect. Wonderful host, helpful and friendly. Have enjoyed some tricked out spots over the years and this was perhaps the nicest yet. Amazing and delightful.

We had a great time in Leeuwarden. The houseboat was ideal for us as we were there primarily for fishing. We were able to fish right outside the front door and there were some good spots in the immediate vicinity.

Great houseboat, very spacious and has all you need, easy to catch the train into central Amsterdam in 15 minutes, nice to then be out of the busy areas and back to the peaceful boathouse, highly recommend

Incredible! Sleeping on a houseboat is a great experience, especially when it's so warm, beautiful, comfortable, with an exquisite taste for decoration! Waking up by the water with moorhens and ducks is really nice! The kids really enjoyed it! And the price is unbeatable compared to the quality of the home! And we are in the countryside, quiet, while being very close to the city. We recommend 200%!!!

The houseboat is great for 2 people and great for exploring Arnhem. At the moment there is a construction site at the parking lot, but it was still not difficult to find one. Anyone who gets seasick quickly should think twice about stopping here, as the waves bring quite noticeable movement into the boat. If you can handle it, you'll have fun! :D We had many animal neighbors and the ship's captain also welcomed us (landlord's cat :D) If you want to enjoy a super great breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere, we recommend "Koek van Nouk," a super nice corner!

Very nice and quiet stay. A well-equipped houseboat on which you feel very comfortable. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

There were four of us in the beautiful houseboat and we enjoyed the time very much. There is everything you need for a short stay on the boat. It is modernly decorated and you feel very comfortable. It is a very calm environment. Of course, it swings something in the wind - but that should be clear if you go on a boat:) Shops are very close.

Our party of three adults had plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely, with charming bars and coffee shops, yet still so close to all the main sights. The canal is peaceful at night, which made for incredibly restful sleep. Fern is an outstanding host—welcoming, gracious, and always quick to respond. We’d book again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this houseboat enough!

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

We had a super nice time over New Year's Eve on the houseboat. Our hosts were very sweet and always available when we needed support. We will definitely come back in the summer when the weather is better and we can also use the small boat.

We enjoyed the stay at the boat house a lot! The location is beautiful and we loved the views as well as accessibility to the places around. There are assigned co-hosts who are very responsive if you have any questions or issues, big thanks to Philo for helping us with everything and Nina for calling us to check up if everything is great. The boat has everything needed for a stay - comfy beds and sofa, toaster and coffee machine, bean bags to sit and cozy living room. The kitchen might not have enough pans, but overall is good if you prefer to cook on your own. It's not a 100inch TV as it was marked in the description due to typo, but it's pretty good if you want to watch some netflix or youtube at night. There is street parking nearby, which is quite pricey, but hosts can advise on the parking house nearby. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back again!

The houseboat is very cozy and is very quietly situated at a marina. Even if it's a houseboat, you never have any "rocking" or anything like that. It is just as quiet as a house on solid ground. Otherwise, everything is as described or shown in the photos. We especially loved the fireplace as we were here in January and it was so very cozy. Arnold was really extremely attentive and took good care of us. We would book again anytime. Clear recommendation.

A good place, very comfortable, really, despite the distance. As accommodation, it's worth it. I would definitely come back. I would have liked to stay longer, but it's a perfect place to spend a vacation

We had a great time in the houseboat. From there you can start directly to sup tours or take the motorboat to Leiden. Annemiek is very nice and took us to the houseboat and showed us everything. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
