We had a great stay. The house is very spacious with a nice layout for groups. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a grocery store about 5 minutes down the road with everything we needed. We traveled with kids and appreciated all the kids toys and books that were available. The TV in the living room could be a little more straightforward, but Steve was very responsive when we had questions. Great spot near Yosemite, definitely recommend!

A great, clean and well furnished cabin! The space was big and inviting and has everything you’d need for a get away at a cabin. We were there when it was cold so the hot tub, the gas fire place, pool table and popcorn machine were all wonderful and all worked very well. It would have been a wonderful place in the summer too with a great porch and near by the lake. Communication with the host was wonderful. The place is in a private area so you do have to pay $50 per car on entrance of the community so you’ll just need to factor that in when booking. But the place is easy to find and the community is quiet and pleasant. Overall, a very nice place to stay with a big group of people!

Tom was an amazing host, who went above to beyond to make us feel at home. He truly considers his guests as his family. Tom proactively gave us directions, recommendations and suggestions. Tom’s place was amazing; peaceful, private and beautiful to say the least. If you’re looking for a getaway, you should consider Tom’s place. The private pond is serene and the place has all amenities to keep you comfortable. The hot tub is a great bonus. As I mentioned to Tom himself, we’ll consider returning to his place in the future. This place felt really special when I walked in. I would say definitely family/pet friendly. Their amenities and extra little things were really well thought out. I’ve been coming to Bass Lake for 30 years now, this cabin was by far one of my favorites. You and your loved ones will have a great time, I can say that confidently. I would definitely stay here again.

Charlene was a wonderful host. Responded very quickly if I had any questions. The lake view is by far the best I have had in a home in my many years of staying at bass lake. Very close to the Pines resort, Marina and shops. I am definitely saving and hoping I get to return next summer for vacation.

Great Tri-level home. Enough space for us to relax, play and watch TV. Little cumbersome with 1-2 year old with the stairs, but that’s to be expected when renting a place with stairs. Beds were comfortable and every room has access to the outdoor patio. Kitchen had sufficient items to cook a meal. Parking was easy and the area was quiet.

This place where it is located is beautiful. Right between nature and very near to lake. Perfect for family with kids as it has lot many entertainment options as listed. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. At the end of the day you want to crash and recharge where house is super comfy but in my experience other 2 bedrooms (not the king bedroom) mattresses and beds require some treatment or replacement.

My family and I wanted a peaceful Christmas in a quiet and beautiful setting and this hit the mark completely. We saw very few people and had a spectacular time cooking, relaxing, and marveling at nature. We all slept incredibly well as the mattresses were just right for us. We all commented how comfortable the beds were. Very enjoyable stay.

This house was just AMAZING! Looked just like the photos and matched what was described. This house felt just like home, very cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed. Brian was a great host, communicated very fast. We definitely looking into booking again for the summer. Highly recommend this place.

We all felt right at home. The place was all the we thought it would be. Plenty of space with the outdoors space being so beautiful. I would book this same place for another stay in the future. I really appreciate how nice and responsive Daniel was. Had a great experience

This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

I reserved this airbnb at the last minute and did not disappoint me at all! My family had a lovely warm stay at this beautiful home. The house is complete in every aspect and has everything you can ask for. Also to mention my dog had an incredible time running around the backyard. I recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Krystall & Jason’s home. We spent New Year there and drove to Yosemite National Park for some sightseeing. If you come late or wake up early, you will see a group of deer peacefully grazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily and Rex’s home. This home is located in a private community and can be tricky to get in, but instructions were clear enough for us to be able to locate the house in the dark and get in. WiFi was not working when we got in, but the hosts were responsive and sent someone the following day to fix it. The home is lovely, surroundings are beautiful, the kitchen is well-stocked and the hot tub is the big plus.

Melissa's Cottage is a real feel-good place. You enter the accommodation and feel right at home. It is very clean, incredibly cosy and furnished with love. In the morning you are greeted by birdsong and deer in the garden. It is about 1 hour away from Yosemite National Park. The perfect place to switch off. We would definitely come back. great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.
