We had the best time at Austin's place! Gorgeous loft, awesome location. The pool table was our favorite part! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Christmas break staying Indianapolis. The location was great. You're in the heart of downtown Indy with plenty of stores and restaurants right outside your door. However, there's some pros and cons. The couch inside the unit sits very low to the floor which was an issue with the older adults. However, the couch was very comfortable. The parking lot is one block away from the building and unloading your luggage can be a slight issue considering you're on a busy street. Also, we did have to $18 a day for the two extra cars. So, that's something to consider. Overall, our stay was excellent! The place was very clean and spacious. The communication was wonderful. We recommend Austin place!

What a great spot to stay for anything in downtown Indy! Very walkable to the stadium and convention center. We had everything we needed for a great weekend!

we had a great experience easy 5 min walk to the convention center and to downtown areas lots of restaurants in the area walking distance . great car parking . noise to the out side with restaurants and bars in the area can be heard in the room if it gets loud other then that it's a great place enjoy

Shannon’s place is fantastic. We were visiting family, and it was lovely and comfortable space where we could go and unwind at the end of the day. Comfy beds! Great location to walk around downtown Franklin to all of the shops and playground for the kiddos.

The best place I've ever booked and it's not even close. So much So this is where I'll be staying in indy when I come into the city. I just wish I had more time to stay in Indianapolis.

We had an amazing stay! The space was so welcoming from the amazing fragrance in the lobby to all of the amenities . It also was a short walk to our concert venue with many options of restaurants nearby. Loved having the pool table for some entertainment prior to our event! We will be back!

This spot was very nice. Plenty of space and all the rooms are specious. Decorated really snazzy. We really enjoyed our and everyone was comfortable.

Austin wrote very fast when I had questions. The place was really nice worth it,close to almost everything well worth the wait will come back soon

The property was spacious and very clean. The pictures did not do the property justice, it was so much nicer in person. The bedrooms were spacious and all the beds slept extremely comfortably. I Loved that there was one and half baths, that bet helpful. We really enjoyed the decor, it was rustic and eclectic and it started several conversations with our family.
