Vacation rentals with a patio in Marinići

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

As a family, Ivan's location was great. The location of the apartment is ideally located, so all our excursions were accessible by car in a manageable time. The well-kept garden and pool invited you to linger. Ivan is a very enjoyable host who can give you lots of tips for activities, beaches and restaurants. We were very comfortable with him and are considering coming back next year.

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. It was really great and for two people it is really sufficient. We were there for a week and we had everything we needed. We received many recommendations & messages were always answered directly. It is modern and quietly furnished, small terrace, kitchen & bathroom. We thought it was perfect! We would book it again!

We had a great time this week in Kornič, Marko was impeccable, attentive to our every need and always ready to respond to our requests! We found a relaxed and relaxing environment, clean and quiet with all the comforts we expected. Pleasant surprises were the welcome drinks, a bag of grapes 🍇 from the garden found on the door when returning from the beach (also very welcome by our little girl) and a souvenir that Marko left us when we left for home! The kind of attention that makes a difference! We will definitely recommend it, and if we return to Krk on vacation we will gladly return here!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

Our family was truly impressed with our stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a paradise for a short vacation with kids, offering a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. The barbecue area is excellent, perfect for relaxing evenings. Ana, the owner, was incredibly attentive, always in touch, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If I could, I’d give this place 20 out of 10! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

We stayed 1 week in this beautiful house and had a great time with our 2 children and dogs. Ivan gave us helpful tips for shopping and activities. The sea is within walking distance, and very private, far from crowded tourist beaches. A small supermarket is just around the corner. All in all, we will definitely come back 👍👍👍👍

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

A lovely room with everything you need, within walking distance of the center of Rijeka and air conditioning to cool off. The hosts guided us very well, we were able to put our suitcases in the building ourselves before check-in and we were able to enter the apartment earlier. Perfect for the two of you to discover the city.

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

I don't think words would do justice to describe Sanja as a host. She's incredible, thoughtful and caring. We were welcomed with open arms and felt at home right away. Sanja sent us recommendations about places to visit and was always very responsive. On our last day my dog needed to see a vet and she took us there, stayed with us the whole time at the vet and then drove us back. I've never experienced such kindness and care from any Airbnb host before. As I said she's just incredible and my words don't do her justice! The apartment is exactly like on the photos and has everything (and more) you need for your stay (long or short). The location is perfect, only 10 minutes to the beach by foot (also to a dog beach if you have one), grocery store is a few minute walk and parking is right next to the apartment.
