I stayed at Annalisa's place for a few days and had a great time. I had actually booked her other unit next door, but Annalisa was so nice to upgrade me to one that had a better view, and what a view! The unit was clean and well organized. It is located very close to the Villa Comunale in Vasto, and walking distance to the town centre, in a quiet street. You could mostly only hear the sound of the bells at the nearby church. Wi-Fi speeds were ok, I averaged about 100 Mbps both up and down. Great communication with the host Annalisa, who was very responsive. Thank you for a nice stay.

Everything very clean and well maintained, even Gianni and Lucia were very kind to keep a place for us to park the car, as well as suggesting a good restaurant for the evening. The location is also convenient for those who have to take the highway again or have to go skiing in Roccaraso.

Francesco's apartment is large, spacious and functional. It is super bright and clean and has everything you need to spend a comfortable stay with the family. Francesco is a very kind and caring host. We had a great time!

We booked this apartment for my parents, and they had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the sea. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. This listing is amazing. HUGE balcony, fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable mattresses, hot water in the shower, etc. Federico and Vera went above and beyond in assisting me with resolving some unrelated issues I ran into, and I couldn't ask for more accommodating, honorable, and upstanding hosts! I'd recommend this listing to families (up to 4 people could comfortably stay here), couples, or just someone like me looking for some time by the sea.

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little house on Lake Scanno. The house is both comfortable and warm, with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, with basic food products. The bathroom is well appointed, including toilet, sink, bidet and a pleasant shower. The little extra: the washing machine with dryer, ideal for an extended stay. Also noteworthy is the very efficient heating. We were particularly charmed by the breathtaking lake views from the upstairs bedroom, where a large, very comfortable bed awaited us. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Alessandra's hosting was very warm. She provided us with great advice and was available and responsive. In short, this house is a real gem that we recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely gorgeous house in the heart of Serramonacesca. The whole town is within an easy walk. House itself is gorgeous and kept in brilliant condition. High recommend... can't wait to come back!

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

It was a wonderful experience, living in a beautiful and authentic home! My family and I had a great time, there was everything in the house and more we needed it! A cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness in height! Thank you very much, we'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Antonio was immediately very kind and made himself available for everything... schedules, various needs and extra tools requested by me. The house is completely new, clean and organized to the fullest, including all possible comforts. We were even given a bottle of very good wine and typical Abruzzo cookies. I highly recommend this house, both for the structure and location, and for Antonio and his mom, very kind people!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

We stayed at this house in Roccaraso and had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and provided with everything you need. The location is ideal for reaching the slopes. I stayed at the apartment for just one night but I really enjoyed it. I found the apartment impeccable, both for cleanliness, order, and for all the amenities. Federico was very kind and very helpful! I found the check-in method very functional and simple thanks to the instructions Federico gave me! The only advice I can give is maybe to have a bottle of water in the fridge, which in my opinion should never be missing, for the rest I had a great time! If I were to come back, I would gladly stay here again.😊 Silvia
