As described in the announcement. The house is very nice, nice, clean… The area is very quiet and with quick access to the train. Perfect for families. Marco is attentive to any questions. If I were to return to Florence I would repeat for sure.

Catharina's place was a great base for us to explore tuscany. Very clean and tidy and was great to have those extras like tea and coffee, water in the fridge and a washing machine. The best part was having her lovely host Francesca communicate with us and meet us at the place to let us in- a lovely personal touch to our stay.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our animals. The place is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with a personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast from the first days, oil, salt and everything you need. Alessandro told us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany always beautiful and, thanks to the good weather, it was wonderful days. Definitely to come back and recommend. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

The place is magnificent and very well kept, clean and super cozy. It's a little out of the way but we chose it just for the secluded location and surrounded by nature; in any case with a halfhour by car you can get to several wonderful places. Nicola was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here, it's refreshing!!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Great stay at Serenas apartment, very clean and peaceful. Great location and very central. Strong WiFi and Serena and Marco are great hosts, very responsive and flexible. Will definitely try to stay again if I’m back in Livorno.

A beautiful big house. It has a seperate living room you cqn relax and toys and books for children. It's really quiet and nice! Mr. Ranieri was very attentive and informative! I highly recommend the house 😊 (If you have heavy staff keep in mind that it has some stairs)

Excellent structure a few minutes from the center of Pisa. Michele is really impeccable in everything.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Apartment clean and adequate to expectations. Recommended for families of 5-6 people.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Gianmarco is one of the nicest host we ever met. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, there is so much to do around and Gianmarco’s home is near Firenze, Pisa and Sienna that we have all visited. We came with our 20 month old son who also loved the place! Our only regret is not having brought our extended family with us because I am sure that everyone would have felt at home. The apartment was simply impeccably clean and very pleasant to live in despite the heat. I highly recommend this place and as promised to Gianmarco we will definitely come back as soon as possible!

A very roomy, beautiful 2 bed apartment in a most beautiful area. Gabrielle is a very helpful host and the value for what was provided in this Airbnb was very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
