Jane’s place was like my family’s second home. This is our 3rd time to stay in her place. I appreciate her timely replies to my queries and efforts to accommodate my requests. Will definitely come back for a long weekend staycation.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

The host was responsive and anytime we had questions or needed assistance, she replied with helpful information. Very accessible to the MRT station as well.

Ms. Honey has been incredibly accommodating, always responding to our inquiries promptly—even during holidays, truly grateful for her exceptional service. Our extended stay was seamless, thanks to the unit’s completeness and attention to detail. The amenities were excellent, including the air conditioning, TV, kitchenware, and utensils. Basic necessities like dishwashing liquid, hand soap, air freshener, tissue, and trash bags were thoughtfully replenished. The unit itself was spotless and well-ventilated, making it a truly comfortable experience. We returned to celebrate the New Year, and the other unit we booked was just as beautiful. This place is perfect for private celebrations with a small family, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. Even our dogs recognized the space from our Christmas stay and excitedly went upstairs as if they were home. The guide book is on point: it’s accessible to grab, foodpanda, supermarket, laundry. Overall, our experience was a solid 10/10. 🫶🏻

We stayed from October 17-20, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The place had everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. It was also really close to my exam venue, so getting there was so easy. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, too, perfect for unwinding and focusing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot!

I was allowed to stay for 2 nights.The self check in process was very easy and overall the building was a bit old, but the room itself was clean and comfortable.They were also very quick to respond to my questions, which was very helpful.Thank you very much.

Suzi's place was very nice and near places to hang out and eat. She was very accommodating and understanding even though we failed to abide by some of the house rules. Even her caretaker, Chad, was very kind and stayed until we arrived for check in (we were delayed for about 3 hours). I feel really bad for not being able to be a responsible guest, but Suzi remained kind to us despite that. Unfortunately, we only stayed for about 8 hours in the place and were not able to maximize our stay due to our early morning hike the next day. Will definitely book again once we climb other mountains in Tanay!

Everything you can see from their advertisement was totally the same as what they posted, I didn't expect how clean all the rooms were. And the staff was very accommodating. Will recommend this place to my friends and families. Thanks.

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

The place was very cozy and clean. It gives you a real homey vibe. There are a lot of nearby places to go to - restaurants, park and convenience stores. Additionally, the host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it again on our next trip.

The place lookes exactly like the pictures. Squeaky clean. It had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay making it highly convenient. The unit is also close to a 24-hour convenience store. Mariz was an excellent host: kind, pro-active, and highly responsive. We highly recommend this place, and we would definitely book it again every time we will be in Manila.
