We had a fantastic stay at this townhome during the holidays with our family! The space was incredibly spacious—perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together without feeling crowded. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs—close enough to everything we wanted to explore but tucked away in a wonderfully quiet area that allowed for peaceful evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful proactive communication from Santiago the seamless check-in process. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect holiday getaway! Everything was as described. Comfortable and clean, kitchen was well set up. Everything we needed.

Was just a short stay for us but very nice place and will definitely be staying again as our Daughter and grand babies live close by. Convenient location. Clean home. Great and responsive Hosts. 5 Star AirBnB for sure.

Very comfortable and well stocked. Centrally located. Photos of home were perfectly accurate. Frank was very responsive and proactive. Check in and check out were extremely easy.

Place as described. Enjoyed how the beds could be configured as fulls or kings (came in handy for 6 people). Place was clean and a quick Uber to Scottsdale road.

Had a great stay! The condo was clean, clutter free and very quiet, even with the windows open. The condo is very close to Old Town Scottsdale, so it’s very walkable. Danielle and Ryan were very quick on messaging us back when we had a question and were very accommodating. We definitely would stay there again.

Everything was great, I would say the pool wasn’t as kid inviting as I would have liked. Was a older crowd at the pool and didn’t like my kids jumping in and out of the pool. But everything was definitely great!! And host was very nice and responsive.

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

I booked this location for my in-laws who absolutely loved it from the moment they stepped foot through the door. The home was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. Robert, the host, was very responsive and extremely helpful in answering all their questions...he has the patience of a saint! If ever anyone in the family finds ourselves in the area, we will be sure to book a stay here! A big thank you from my in-laws for opening your home and providing a lovely get-away!

Sasha's place was excellent and comfortable. Its clean and surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood. She is an excellent lost!

Great location. Close to Scottsdale, Papago Park and PHX airport. Had some difficulty with the lockbox but Mario was quick in resolving it and quick with responses. Flexible check-in/out.

It was a very nice place and clean. Needed a couple essentials-frying pan-pitcher-grill- storage containers but we made do. We have a truck and parking was tight. Otherwise met Dan and he seemed very nice. Would stay again. Location great too.

We had a great stay at Jason’s townhome. Very comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, well appointed and very close to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay with Jason again.

Darolyn is the bomb!!! We drove 1800 miles with a dually truck, trailer, motorcycles and our large dog. Darolyn’s communication from the beginning was exceptional. She explained how parking would work and there were no surprises! Her place was PERFECT for us! We have a Neapolitan Mastiff and she was right at home. We brought her kennel and set that up in the living room. It worked really well. Our dog easily learned how to use the doggy door and loved it. FYI, there’s a huge dog park a couple miles away on Carver Rd. We went there everyday. Our dog will miss the new friends she made 🐾 The beds were so comfortable and I loved having a TV in the larger one. The shower head was delightful and the pressure was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen. It was well stocked and accessible. Loved having a washer and dryer available and use of one side of the garage. The patio was very comfortable and the privacy blinds were great at night. Thank you Darolyn!!

Jason was a great host, he responded promptly to any questions we had. The house was great and there was plenty of room for our entire family to stay comfortably. The appliances were all new including coffee pot and in great condition, the kitchen is really nice for cooking and roomy. The gated community had really nice security staff that made us feel at home in the gated community. The fitness room was the best we have ever had in any place we have stayed.

This was our first time to Scottsdale and I really believe we found the perfect place to stay! Not only were we so close to everything, but the decor of the place truly made me feel at home. Seriously, it was so clean and decorated much like I decorate, and to me, that MAKES the place more special. I have already shared Amanda’s place to all my friends, and I will never want to stay anywhere else! Thank you! Oh, also, the book that was made that has the instructions, maps, recommendations, etc…extraordinary! That was the cherry on top! Everything was so well thought out! Great hosts!

We had a great time at Marcia's place. It was comfortable and clean and its location worked well for what we had planned to do. From hiking and eating at some awesome places to catching the Cub's last spring training game, this place's location made it easy to "come and go". Being in the northern Phoenix area, we were able to spend less time on the road for the day we ventured north to Sedona. The part of Marcia's condo we enjoyed the most was the patio on the roof. We spent many mornings drinking coffee up there. This spot is definitely a great place to stay if you are traveling to Phoenix!

I highly recommend this place. Very convenient location and extremely safe and quiet. Jerome was communicative and assuring as a host. Accommodations as described and very nice. Will stay there again.

The unit was exactly as described. We had no issues! Nice kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, good storage. Wonderful area!!! We felt very safe and went to so many restaurants!! Super convenient drive to multiple grocery stores, fashion square, and hiking trails. Location definitely exceeded expectations!!

Rental is in a great location- close to airport and right by South Mountain for some great hiking. rental had everything you needed and was kept clean and well maintained! Pool and hot tub were great!

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

This was a great location. They supplied board games and there is outdoor seating with a BBQ. It is right across from the community pool.

Everything about our stay PERFECT. Communication and check-in were great. The place is modern, clean and spacious. Our family loved it. We stay in Scottsdale often and can't beat this location. I highly recommend Jeff's place. We will be back!
