Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice location, with a busy shopping street around the corner, and views of the Grand Canal within minutes. The apartment is in a quiet back street, but the main street is pretty busy. It can be hard to find a reasonably -priced restaurant in Venice, but there are some good options nearby, and also within 20 minutes walk in Dorsoduro, our favourite place to explore along with the Ghetto.

We enjoyed our stay at Erika’s place. Her apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed during our stay in Venice. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. The apartment is located close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Venice historical centre is just a short drive away either by bus or car. Erika was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. The food was all excellent! We arrived in the late evening after our long drive and Carmen was very pleasant and helpful when she met us for check in. We would stay at Erika’s place again if we visit Venice.

Alina’s place fits perfectly for our family! The kitchen is small but enough to have a breakfast ate home. We had a great time in this place. I highly recommend!

we had a wonderful stay at this centrally located Airbnb. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights was the beautiful roof terrace, offering a perfect spot to unwind with views over the city—especially lovely at sunset! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Venice

Paolo was a warm and welcoming host. He communicated everything very clearly and ensured we had all of the information we needed for a perfect stay in Venice. It was always wonderful to be able to return to a beautiful, peaceful apartment at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Great location away from the crowds, but still easy to walk to some great restaurants and hop on a boat for public transportation.

Anna's place was great! Elena met us at a nearby ferry stop and walked us through the narrow streets while giving us advice and recommendations. She took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked—this was all so nice and helpful! The apartment was quiet, but there were many great places to eat, and only 10 minutes to the main attractions! The Wifi worked well, the washing machine was perfect, and we have zero complaints about our stay! Thank you, Anna and Elena!

Evverything was perfect! But there is a small detail that confused me a bit when I was choosing this apartment: I thought that there is one bedrom above another one because of how photos were made, but in fact they sit next to each other and are divided by the 1st bathroom. But it is a minor issue and it hadn't influenced on the overall quality and pleasure of stay at all.

Great experience! The location is perfect, the apartment is in great condition, very cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Great welcome from the owner ,also very kind to give us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate the beginning of the new year ! Thank you !

Cannot rate Fabio and his apartment highly enough. At first I thought it was a bit far from Venice centre but the bus stop is right outside and it only takes 25 mins to get to the centre. The apartment itself is spotless and the bed is by far the comfiest I've stayed in whilst travelling around Italy!! Fabio was the most amazing host. He let me drop off my bag before check-in and get changed after a very rainy trip and even brought an umbrella along for me to use. I got lost in the Venice maze late at night and messaged him for help and he told me exactly where to go to get back to the bus station. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Venice :)

Anis accompanied us from the Rialto Bridge to our doorstep and carried two of our largest suitcases. We had never experienced such a warm and helpful welcome before. The location of the house was incredible, with easy access to the boat station, St. Marco’s Square, and shops, all within a few minutes’ walk (5 to 8 minutes). The house was clean, and the kitchen and laundry facilities were fully functional. Anis was very responsive without any delays and provided us with an excellent stay. Strongly recommended!

We loved our stay at Patricia and Marc's apartment in Venice. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and had a well appointed kitchen. The location was very central, an easy walking distance to restaurants & key attractions like St Mark's square and Rialto bridge. The only negative was one of the beds was not very comfortable and pillows too flat for our liking. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect for a family of four visiting Venice.

Could not have picked a better apartment for our family of 4 in Venice. The location was so central to everything we did. The apartment was spacious, quiet and super comfortable. Excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Lisa was super helpful, meeting us at the Vaporetto and showing us around the apartment. She even helped us work out our transportation to the airport at the end of our trip and provided neighborhood shop suggestions. Would definitely stay there again if we found ourselves back in Venice!

Great apartment in a handy spot, a short walk from the water bus stop so easy from the airport. Cannaregio has great restaurants away from the touristy central area. Bigger than expected, nice and quiet. Hosts were excellent. We’d stay again.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

The check-in is very convenient, the location is very good by the square, and it is very convenient to eat ~ The host is also very nice, the room is very beautiful, and Venice is a beautiful city.Hopefully next time you still have the chance to come to Venice

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was exactly as advertised. When we arrived even though it was late at night, it was straightforward to get into the building, and the apartment/house was lovely and warm and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels spotless, the shower and bathroom has lots of hot water. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a small outdoor terrace, which I am sure will be lovely to sit out in the warmer months. Getting to cafes, bars, supermarket and vaporetto stops was convenient. I would recommend this lovely place.

Great place! We almost booked another airbnb on the island actually (which I think gets very complicated to walk to with your suitcases), so glad we didn't. Lara's place was perfect for us, spacious and clean. Location is great, right next to a bus stop (10min to the island), buses come all the time and also right next to 2 super markets and a mc donald. Lara welcomed us in person, showed us the place and gave us lots of helpful information. You really can't go wrong with this place!

A colleague recommended this place to us and we are really glad we went with the recommendation as it worked out so well for us and it was a great place. Lovely view, loved watching the activity on the canal each morning. Access was easy when we arrived by boat from the airport. Good location and a close walk to many shops. A modern bathroom with a good shower.

Nice apartment with all amenities for tourists. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gladly recommend. Communication was excellent. Easy street parking always available.
