Stella was an amazing hostess. We felt like we were at home. Bed was comfy and she was so friendly kind and generous We weren’t missing a thing. A very special lady and host!!!

The home was exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. I love not having to worry about a list of things to do before I check out, so huge plus for me that the only ask is to turn things off and lock up. The host was attentive, helpful, and responsive. I’m in the area often to visit family and will look to stay here again in the future.

We had a fabulous time. We can’t wait to go back and will look for this place first. We loved the locale and the places around there. Accessible to anything you might need.

My sisters and I loved this home! We really appreciated the coffee bar and snacks after our long flights. It was super adorable and thoughtfully furnished. Plenty of cozy blankets and individualized space for us to spread out. I would certainly recommend his home.

We enjoyed a most relaxing vacation in this modestly furnished but comfortable condo as was clearly explained to us by Johanna. Johanna is a very accommodating owner and gave us very clear instructions which made our registration very smooth. The beach and sunset views from the wrap around balcony are beautiful.

Great location!! Just a quick drive to the beach, downtown Fort Myers, numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the unit for somebody who’s visiting Fort Myers for the first time.

First class condo and super location too!. The folks at the Resort could not be nicer. Mari's condo had every thing you could want to make for a very pleasant vacation. I would describe the condo as modern, clean, new and zen. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mari was very responsive happy to answer any questions. The rental is on my favorites now and we plan to return when we plan out next Naples vacation.

The place is updated with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and comfy. Would stay again.

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

We loved this home! We spent almost every day at the beach because this home was so close! The homeowner had all the beach essentials for us as well… Even down to emergency sunscreen! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen living room made it so easy for multiple people to hang out and talk. Our kids loved the pool, and how private it was. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was an awesome location with some great amenities. There was a dock to use for a boat rental, kayaks to use, great little hot tub and a lovely screened in patio seating area. Roberto was on top of the game and made sure we were well taken care of. Well equipped kitchen too. Roberto definitely isa superhost!

Tiffany’s place was the perfect location to relax and enjoy time together as a family. The house was the perfect size for a family of four, and the space is setup in a way that it makes spending time together easy. Tiffany was extremely helpful through the whole process, helping with grocery purchase, accommodating a slightly earlier check in because the boat was early and a late checkout. We would love to come back to Tiffany’s place in the future.

We enjoyed our stay - made a great memory with the family. My son got engaged!!! Nicholas is a great host all around and we would stay there again and again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My nephews had an amazing time in the pool, and my dog loved exploring the spacious backyard. The location was great, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

100% a perfect place to stay in south Naples. We are a couple with an 8yo, and this rental had everything we needed. Plentiful beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc for beach days, and the bathroom and kitchen were equipped with anything we needed. I loved the espresso machine; I asked my husband for the same one for Christmas! The unit was so clean and pretty, and it looked like no one had ever used the appliances. We had a car but did not use it other than to/from the airport. Next time we come to Naples, I will contact Andrew to book his place.

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Immaculately clean one bedroom, newly renovated, just a short walk from the beach. Lots of helpful touches like a beach cart. Nice pool view (the pool has a gas barbecue). The host communicated clearly and followed up to make sure everything was up to spec and we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

Perfect place for our needs! David was a terrific communicator. He clearly cares about his guests and made every effort to be helpful with any questions we had to get oriented. The condo, complex, and neighborhood had everything we wanted so it was relaxing and easy to navigate outdoor activities and walking distance to restaurants. The views from the apt. are spectacular and the people we met were friendly. Tigertail beach is lovely for morning walks and we were lucky to see dolphins and plethora of bird life. Highly recommend this host.
