Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marciana Marina

Casa Kos is very nice, the apartment is tidy and clean. The area is quiet, very close to the center and all the beautiful beaches of Portoferraio. It is necessary to have a vehicle as it is in the hillside area and there is a nice climb to get there 😊 The terrace is wonderful! Small downside, there is not much privacy because it is separated from the apartment by a small street that the neighbors walk to go to their homes. Anyway, the neighbors are very friendly so we had a great time! Federica is super helpful, she responds immediately to requests and allowed us to check in early and check out later. Thank you Federica, and I will see you soon.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Staying at Tania’s place was great! The location close to the beach was perfect. Tania and the family were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean. Recommendable!

Villa Tina in Capoliveri exceeded our expectations. Well-maintained house, good and tasteful furnishings, a small paradise. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Bicycles at your disposal, so you can quickly buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes with us, so the seating area and the lawn could only be used to a limited extent. We'd love to come back!

Great place to stay in Porto Azzurro, Fabio was really helpful and the apartment had everything we needed.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea to the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen is compact and working for this apartment size. The village is easy to reach on foot, the climb is also easily doable after a dinner in the village. The parking in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bathroom linens are offered, this must be brought along.

Victoria is a very nice and eager hostess. We felt very comfortable there. The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos and was very cozy. The terrace with garden was very pleasant. Our dog enjoyed it there too. We were also able to do a barbecue with the gas grill provided. The place is highly recommended!! Kind regards

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. Sandra's place is as described. It is well located, in the heart of the city, but still quiet with a small outdoor space in the back. Check-in was simple and flexible and the host was responsive. The space was quite small, but very functional. I recommend it without hesitating

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but parking is convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it doesn't get people's noise. In fact. The house is nice and functional. Not too appreciable things: having stayed at the beginning of September the rail traffic increases and you can hear enough in the master bedroom. Until 1/9, the steps were definitely reduced. The shower drains poorly, too bad. But it's an easy problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is blind. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if the guests are numerous. But nothing is really missing in the apartment and Massimo is super available in everything.

Fantastic experience. The house is very welcoming and is as described. The photos shown in the listing also reflect how much you'll find in this wonderful little house. From the balcony you can see the sea. Beautiful sunsets that this mini vacation gave us. The house is quite spacious and you can easily stay in 4. Mauro was very helpful with us: initially there were 2 of us, but when we added two of our friends, he prepared the sofa bed for us so that everything was ready. Upon our arrival we also found coffee, salt, detergents, toilet paper, body soap, clean sheets and towels. The house was very clean and Mauro was full of tips on restaurants and pizzerias close to the house. Very convenient elevator for luggage transport and easy parking. If we go back to Follonica, we'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We enjoyed the stay in Diego's apartment very much. Cozy apartment, private parking and in a few steps you are immediately by the sea. Diego and his mother are very likeable and hospitable people. We recommend the place 100%.

the studio is completely renovated and it's all new. Mimmo is extremely helpful the apartment is in a strategic position in a few meters there is a breakfast bar, a supermarket, an ATM and tobacco shop. i'll be back

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of Porto Azzurro old town has met our expectations more than. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is well renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and keeps everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very convenient for us. The communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information in the apartment on an info board. There was nothing from our perspective, which was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

Everything was great - Leonardo was a very nice host and we found the apartment very well equipped, everything was perfect. A small beach is on your doorstep - wonderfully private in the morning and evening - Public Beach during the day. We enjoyed the barbecue and also the lovingly equipped apartment. It was wonderful to hear the waves from the sea in the evening.
