Everything was perfect, location is great, there is everything you might need in the apartment! The host is always responsive and supports with everything. I would recommend the place.

Lovely apartment with two comfortable bedrooms. The host communicated well and we enjoyed being close to the plaza to enjoy our nights. We walked easily to all areas. Place is tucked away and seemed pretty safe with door and gate access. Kids managed the stairs with minimal complaining. :)

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment, just steps from the Colosseum. Spending three nights here with our teenage kids, we loved the charm of the historic Italian building. The layout was perfect—our boys had their own bedroom with two beds, giving them space to relax with Netflix, YouTube, and even a fun board game. The two bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bathtub—were super convenient for a family. Everything was spotless, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed exploring Rome and the vibrant Monti district, dining at great local restaurants and cafés. A nearby PAM supermarket made quick shopping easy. Our host was incredibly kind, organized, and communicative, making our stay seamless. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again!

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

We had the most wonderful stay in Minou and Giovanni's apartment in charming Trastevere. It was a cozy apartment filled with books and antiques and there was plenty of space for us and our two college aged children. We felt comfortable and at home while we toured Rome and our hosts were friendly and informative, helping us discover where to eat and visit while discovering the city. A beautiful apartment and a lovely stay. Can't recommend this place enough. Hosts were class acts all the way and the area was interesting, with lots to do and see and eat!
