WONDERFUL! On a short weekend, my friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The house is simply amazing. Cozy, there are many large common spaces. It's a lived-in home full of personality, despite the short stay we immediately felt right at home. This is the perfect place for those who want to spend time in peace with friends and family. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

A very nice and cozy authentically decorated home. Super clean and great amenities. Beautiful view from a lovely balcony on the 1st floor and nice outdoor area with pool and covered terrace. Perfect for 6 people! We have enjoyed our stay here. Elisabetta is a very friendly hostess and provides the best possible service to her guests. We thank you very much for that, Elisabetta! We recommend the place, which is located in quiet scenic surroundings, 5 minutes walk from a small village (with grocery store and a few restaurants) also centrally located for drives to Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

We are a family of four (kids aged 6 and 5) and spent a week in July at Massimo’s place. It was wonderful, set in the peaceful northern part of Tuscany. The location is perfect, with walking trails, mountain views, lakes, and charming small villages nearby. Major attractions like Lucca, Pisa, and Viareggio are also within reach. The village itself has a delightful ice cream shop, a small store, and a wonderful restaurant. The place had everything we needed and remained cool despite not having air conditioning. The pool and garden were fantastic, and our kids never wanted to leave. Massimo is a wonderful host. Although he speaks almost no English and we speak no Italian, he welcomed us with ham, cheese, and his homemade wine, and we had a wonderful evening together. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked fridge, including wine and prosecco. We definitely recommend Massimo’s place and had a great time. Thank you.

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

Nice, clean apartment. Close to Expo, the apparent is not the biggest one, but very clean, comfortable. Everything what you need is present. Host is really helpful

I have been to Italy several times, visited a number of cites, this was my first time in Bologna. The place is amazing - very conveniently located next to the Piazza Maggiore, within walking distance of all of the highlights of the city. The place itself was very welcoming and clean with all of the amenities provided, with care provided for even the smallest details (e.g., water, snacks). The host Fiorella was wonderful from the booking to check out. I never met her, but she seems to be a genuinely thoughtful person at heart and was always responsive. I very much enjoyed my visit to Bologna (albiet brief) with many thanks to Fiorella and the temporary home away from home.

we stayed a few days at Claudia's property and we had a very good clean and tidy house, always helpful and kind host. The very quiet area well served parks nearby, bus stop very close to the apartment. We had a very good time and we hope to return as soon as possible... Bologna as always beautiful. 😀

Mr. Danilo, a truly decent and super hospitable person together with his wife, Mrs. Morena. Extremely well-made accommodation, with all the basic necessities, welcoming and warm and above all really placed in a strategic position with all the services in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. Really recommended.

We had a lovely time at this very nice apartment in a beautiful area. Recommended for everyone who wants to enjoy nature and a peaceful environment. Luca is always available for questions and advice about activities in the region. Would love to come back!

We love nature and La Reserva was perfectly suited to what we were looking for, a quiet place to relax after visiting surrounding cities. Giacomo is a great host. He resolved all our doubts immediately, gave us flexibility and autonomy for check-in and check-out, and suggested some places to eat. The house is very well prepared for the cold with PVC windows, a pellet hydro stove as a central heating system and an automatic boiler for hot water. All this is losing the rural charm. Access is not easy (the road is very steep and narrow, with an unpaved final stretch), but with the directions Giacomo provides in advance, you can get there without complications... But yes, if driving on a mountain road is not your thing, it's best to let others enjoy La Reserva de Adriano. Otherwise, like us, you'll want to go back.

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

Magnificent historic place, superb host: Caterina always looked out for us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful,without stress,but always ready to help us. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in an authentic place,in direct contact with nature and the best host possible.We will definitely be back. a big hug to Caterina

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Let's say... over and over again I have been in nature (born and raised in the countryside and woods); but a very wild detachment had never happened to me to live it. I also deserve the spirituality that nourishes and eats, spirituality palpable both in the garden, even more so in the house. Incisive experience: I'll be back !

The house was immaculately presented, and Gianluca was there to meet us. His recommendations for places to eat and visit were very helpful, and the complimentary balsamico vinegar was really tasty. I look forward to staying there again.

The space is great with very well assembled kitchen, great rooms and an excellent shower! The place is very quiet, practically in the countryside: very quiet and pleasant. We liked it very much, but Manuela was too much: she made a point of welcoming us, even though we arrived late and on a cold night; moreover, it made us comfortable and facilitated our checkout; very fine people!
