Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mar Casado Beach

The stay was great. House is exactly as advertised, very wide and clean. The condominium is very safe and quiet. Renata always helped by answering questions and responding quickly and proactively. Leidinha, who took care of the house and cooked for us, was wonderful. He did everything we needed and beyond. Every day, he left a table set for breakfast and lunch, with a warm cake. She also cleaned every room every day. Casa + Leidinha = wonderful stay!

We stayed 5 days there, and although the time did not cooperate, we used it a lot, because the house is also very beautiful, clean and well ventilated, the sensational pool, all the rooms with fans, many utensils to use, such as mixer, washing machine, blender... everything of excellent quality... we made a table set at Christmas and in the cafes, so beautiful that are the dishes. Everything is within easy access, beach to go on foot... As soon as possible we will return with certainty... Alexsandra, super attentive tbm, helpful, helped us in everything that was necessary. Notal Mil!!!

The house is amazing, me and my family went to spend our holidays to celebrate my graduation, the house is great has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, the pool has a great temperature, and the owner was super gentle in all our conversations, super recommend you want to want to relax with your family :)

It was amazing! The house is very wide and cozy. Everything is very tasteful and in perfect condition. The pool was very well treated, all the appliances working perfectly, many kitchen appliances. I was very well received on arrival and felt very comfortable with my family. One of the best stays I've ever picked up on Airbnb for sure!

This is my second time staying at the house and once again it was amazing. The place is very good with beaches near restaurant and supermarkets near, finally I will always recommend the house. The maintenance staff regarding the very polite house and pool and are always at your disposal.

The location of the house is very good, outdoor area a delight and the house accommodated the whole family in beds! Would come back! It was a very nice Christmas with the family. Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and spacious. It has the elements to go to the beach. The condo is spotless and comfortable. Very helpful concierge always. Ailton is very correct and attentive to every moment and even helped us when we had issues with the Airline. It's a great host! Everything top notch! I recommend it and I would definitely go back to that apartment in Guarujá!

The space was very well maintained and has a great location, very close to the beach. The hostess was very attentive.

Local exactly as in the pictures , or even more beautiful. Extremely clean, linen and towels as well. The 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning and fan, all working well. Dishes , cookware and kitchen utensils suit perfectly. Very quiet and nice beach. Even with the rain, seawater temperature was ok and pool helps a lot as well. We were in 12 people ( among children, teenagers and adults ) and we all loved the stay .
