This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

The apartment is ideal for spending a few days in Madrid. It has a beautiful view, with many windows, very bright. Alberto is a great host, responds very quick and super attentive. Amalia welcomed us and was super friendly too. I would surely return to this apartment when I return to Madrid. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 8 years old) and it was perfect.

The location was great. It was close to the station, and it was convenient because the shopping mall and grocery store were close. There was no heating in other cities, but it was nice to be warm because the heating was good. I'm leaving with good memories of Madrid.

Perfect location, quiet area and with bus nº 20 in front of the door and a nearby metro stop. We had already been there 2 years ago and we liked it so much that this time we repeated. Good development, Friendly host, pending and unabashed. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The access and departure, arriving by car to the M30, superfacil. Totally recommendable.

It was my first Airbnb experience and the truth that surprised us for good. I traveled with my wife and daughter and the truth is that we loved the service received and the proximity it showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also a quiet area and close to the metro to go to the center (about 10 minutes walking). It is ideal for families with children since there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We'll definitely repeat if it's available the next time we go.

We had a wonderful time staying at Vanessa and Rebecca's place in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was perfectly situated in a vibrant neighbourhood within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit with lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes all around. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities and more with a nice view of the streets of Madrid below. Although we didn't meet Vanessa and Rebecca, they were very responsive with any questions I had and made our visit a very pleasant one. A really great place to stay if you're visiting Madrid. Would love to come back one day!
