Franck's place is functional, clean, quiet. Central for touring the castles. The pellet stove with hot air distribution in the rooms is very pleasant despite the winter temperatures. The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

Weekend reunion with friends ideal accommodation with its very large living/dining room Bathrooms and toilets are very good sincethereare 3 spaces to prepare in parallel. The kitchen is well equipped with a small troubleshooting kit (salt, coffee, pasta)
