Back again! It’s a great place with incredible views out to the Barriers. Simple but stylish with plenty of tools in the kitchen to knock up a great feed, and, the best slumber with the comfiest of beds. I reckon we’ll be back!

Ernie's place is nice , clean and peaceful . Secluded area and has big lawn for our two dogs to play . Me and my husband are happy and comfortable at Ernie's place . Highly recomended if you want to stay in Mangawhai.

Amazing accommodation. Stunning views, very large house that accommodated our group well. Very clean and well set up, had everything you could need. Table tennis and darts a winner for the young adults, teenager and the older adults too!! Overall an amazing weekend.

Wonderful location walking distance to the beach. Lovely view from the front deck. Had everything you need for a great getaway. Ad sent us clear and easy instructions for check in and was helpful and responsive. Much appreciated and a great place to stay!

We're had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful location. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Maxine was an awesome host and kept us well informed about the local water outage on one of the days, to ensure it didn't spoil our holiday. It didn't. It's been fun making memories as a family, at this home away from home.

Merrils place was perfect for us on our travel to Northland, great convenient location, The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The goodies left for us exceeded any other place we have stayed, we particularly enjoyed the freshly picked passion fruit xx

We loved the beautiful ocean view, sunrise from the deck, and being only a short walk from the beach. Lovely clean accommodation with comfortable beds! We also really appreciated being able to bring our dogs.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful Gill's home is. The surroundings are so beautiful, short drive into town where you can find everything your looking for. Gill is such a wonderful and kind host, if you have a chance to visit her home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my son's wedding so special, so lucky to have met such a amazing woman.

Lisa’s home is amazing! So well appointed, room for a large family group and the pool and spa were very welcome additions. Lisa was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. We were greeted with a box of chocolates which was just one of the small touches that made the stay such a great one. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in the greater Auckland area. What a spot! This place is amazing! private pool and spa, so clean and has way more than normal. 5-10 months drive to beaches, cafes, supermarket… everything was perfect!! Will definitely be back! Thanks so much

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bream Vista Farm stay, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The property is maintained. The hosts, Brooke & Rusell were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that our stay was seamless. They provided clear communication before and during the stay, making check-in and check-out processes effortless. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxation or work. Whether it was enjoying a peaceful morning, at the pool indoors, it felt like a true home away from home. Thoughtful touches like complimentary breakfast, fruit and basic bathroom essentials were available. Well worth the experience. We recommend Bream Vista Farm stay to anyone looking for a great accommodation experience. Whether traveling for leisure or work, this BnB will be great. This is very nice place to stay. A quiet area with some good walks. My situation was a little different as I wasn't on holiday and wanted somewhere quiet and reasonably close to the hospital where I was visiting my husband each day. The property is off the road and there are auto gates. As I was on my own this made me feel very safe - on top of which Genevieve was in the main house a lot of the day. It was comfortable and cosy (given my stay was during the winter) and Genevieve and her husband went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Thoroughly recommend and if I ever need to be in Whangarei for any length of time I hope I can use this accommodation again.

Loved the location, pool, spa and all the kids entertainment for the occasional rainy day. Madeline was very responsive, friendly and showed us around on check in. Our kids loved the (optional) cat! Red Beach was great but I also recommend walking to Orewa for the huge beach and amazing bakery there. We didn't have a car but managed fine with walking & deliveries from Countdown and Delivereasy.

Excellent little get away for a girls weekend! Lovely little lodge with everything we needed. Alicia was great with getting back to me and giving us recommendations in the area. Will be back!

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mangawhai. The house was spotless and spacious with a beautiful big garden and Katy was extremely helpful and responsive over message, including setting up a portacot in one of the rooms for us. Another highlight was the location, and we really enjoyed taking the path leading from property to walk along the estuary to the tavern for dinner. Really enjoyed it and would love to stay here again in future.

Great little place nestled in the bush. Had everything we needed. It is a little musty smelling when it’s been closed up for a while, but quickly airs with the door open. Perfect spot for a few days r and r.

It was my first family holiday since 2017. The AirBnB was a new experience for me, but the hosts were respectful and their place was wonderful! I was able to bring our 2 x dogs which was great and I took them for a walk every morning, greeting others with their dogs on the way. My adult children loved being able to hang out at the beach and sit in the hot tub or use the kayaks on offer. My husband unfortunately worked every day but was able to enjoy to peace and quiet at night. Having a washing machine was practical and saved my workload when we returned home. We visited Charlies Gelato which was yum and I was able to purchase some beautiful wine from Brick Bay vineyard. Matakana was disappointing it felt like Auckland with long lines of traffic and expensive products however, the lady at Honest Chocolate was lovely. We fished off Scotts Landing and caught 5 legal snapper. All in all, I would highly recommend this AirBnB, absolutely the best holiday in a very long time. Thank you.

We loved our stay here! We were attending a wedding in Omaha and this place was a perfect base camp. There was lots of space and the view outside was very relaxing. We also had a child with us and she loved making use of the collection of toys here.
