Only a short stay but great location, clean and tidy and big comfortable rooms. Pool is not heated so very cold without warmer ambient temperatures outside.

We stayed at Tremearne as a group of 5 families over the weekend and had the most incredible stay. I'd go so far as to say it was the best experience we've had with Air BnB. The home is set up perfectly to accommodate large groups, with everything you could possibly need. The garden is absolutely spectacular, so beautifully maintained, and serene and peaceful. The kids were in their element enjoying running around the lawns and looking at all the animals. James came to take the kids to feed the cows which was a real highlight. Our hosts were always incredibly responsive and helpful. Nothing was a bother if we needed anything. I couldn't recommend Tremearne more highly as a place to stay with family and friends, and enjoy the peace of the countryside.

Karen and her family made our stay the most wonderful, enjoyable and relaxing family experience. It was as though we were staying with our own family. The property is absolutely delightful, a must if you have small children, especially if they love animals. It was a short break for us but a delightful glimpse into the life of our country cousins. The landscape, sunsets, animals and hospitality were incomparable and absolutely desirable. We are already planning our next city escape to Red Hill and highly recommend you do so as well. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beautiful home. David was very helpful with all questions and flexible with anything we needed to bring onto his property. Thank you David and family for allowing us to stay we surely enjoyed it. Amenities are complete and beds couch were comfy plenty of room for our big family to have our own space each.

Alex was a very responsive host who had thought of everything. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen well-stocked- it was easy to make ourselves at home in this gorgeous space. We loved having the pool for the kids to cool off in and being so close to Byng St cafe for our morning coffee and the park for feeding the ducks. Loved our stay and hope to return soon.

We spent a lovely weekend at the cottage while my son was playing at the Bathurst Cup. It felt like we were stepping back in time in a very well preserved and quaint property. Ann was also extremely flexible and responsive around our needs with the football comp. I would highly recommend for those looking for quiet stay in picturesque surroundings with a touch of history.

A group (5 of us) stayed at Angela’s place for 2 nights. The house is beautiful and has been thoughtfully restored and extended. Everything was perfect - comfortable beds, extra towels, plenty of living space inside and out, and a well-equipped and stocked kitchen. What a nice surprise to also find eggs and a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us! We loved Orange and appreciated Angela’s local recommendations. Thanks!!

We LOVED this house! It was all recently refurbished and so, so beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and easy to use with lots of cooking equipment, beautiful dishes and glasses, and a great gas stove and oven. The lounge room was gorgeous, with an extra air conditioner (in addition to ducted air conditioning throughout the rest of the house). There was an additional sitting room adjacent to the the kitchen, with an extra TV, which was handy for our daughters. The master bedroom, where my husband and I stayed, was absolutely beautifully appointed and had an ensuite bathroom next door. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughters loved having a bedroom each, and these other bedrooms also were very stylish. It was such a delight to stay in this beautifully decorated and modern house.

Stayed for Bathurst Weekend The house is not the Ritz Carlton and nor did we expect it to be. Well appointed for a V8 stay with a mate or 3. Walking distance to Bathurst’s best restaurants (700-1100m) to walk off the drinks at dinner lol. You could walk to the track if you’re up for it (approx 2.5-3k) but would suggest for most would be a short car ride . Overall, very happy but just know that you’re not going to a 5 star hotel and you’ll be happy. Bedding is comfy too. Great communication

Absolute cracker of a house and hosts. The house is beautiful with old school charm and modern amenities. The supplies provided made us feel at home including the milk of your choice. A small thing, but just shows the quality of the experience. Out in the back yard listen to the local magpies. A short walk into the shops and Bathurst central. We can’t wait until we are back next year.

Great central base to explore the region. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and were sad to leave on checkout. Beautiful spaces inside and outside. Walking distance to town centre.

Jasmine offered her accommodation to us in Christmas time. The place was very clean. Our children enjoyed playing toys and reading books which Jasmine prepared. Jasmine also provided breakfast. We felt like our home. We were pleased to have Jasmine as our host.

My friend and I enjoyed staying here for a few nights. We found the place very comfortable, clean and peaceful. We both took part in a running festival and were able to get a quiet peaceful night sleep on comfortable beds. Very close to town. Host Lisa was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay for anyone visiting Orange

The property is perfect for large groups. The house is very spacious and comfortably laid out with stunning views from the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The games room was a nice feature. The house was pleasant and cool when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated Riannon’s flexibility and understanding with a late change in plans when a couple of our friends had to drop out due to illness.

The Sampson in Orange was perfect for what we needed for a long weekend. A beautiful space on a quiet street that has been made to feel like home. It is close to everything that Orange has to offer. Jacqui and Rex were quick to respond to any questions we had. They provided ample information about the property and Orange to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay. The tea selection is particularly impressive. I would highly recommend Jacqui and Rex as hosts and the Sampson for your next stay in Orange. I hope to get back there someday.

We had a lovely stay in Orange. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, quiet street but still close enough to town to walk. Suited us (a couple plus one other) perfectly. Only super minor problem is that Vodaphone was a black spot for data - only calls and messages worked. There was no wifi and we needed to cancel a booking online so had to drive down the street. We had someone with Telstra and it worked fine though.

What a beautiful home very family friendly lots of space fit for a family. Great communication and also early check in was greatly appreciated. We will be returning back again but this time would like to stay longer. Very clean everything and much more was offered than expected which really make it feel like home away from home.
