The location was ideal, close to most attractions, food places and easily accessible to transportation.The space itself was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed.

Bryan really took care of us. This was our 2nd time staying at one oh his properties and this one was amazing. The community was awesome. There’s a gym, a supermarket, a public pool and a playground for our kids with East Indian Mango trees by the entrance and to top it off, our particular Air B&B was one of 2 with a private pool in the backyard. It was so nice. There were restaurants close by and Ocho Rios was and Runaway Bay were surprisingly close.. I want to spend special shoutout to our housekeeper Jillian who kept the place spotless. Our kids loved her. Every chance our 3 year old got, he was with her playing. Breakfast was on point every morning. Wanna bigup Rochelle too who helped with arranging Christmas dinner…. We will be back for sure. We really love this place. Our pictures look like something out of a magazine. Thank You.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this Airbnb! The views were incredibly breathtaking, and the location right by the sea was simply unbeatable. The house itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities one could need. We especially loved having access to the nearby beach, which was just a short drive away—a definite plus! The host was exceptionally responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a perfect family getaway!

We had a great stay in this accommodation. It’s a two minutes walk to a fantastic beach and the large pool. The accommodation offers a great kitchen and all appliances you would need. It is a quiet area. We really enjoyed it. Communication with the host was very easy and efficient

Mrs. Jacqueline made me and my friends feel safe and at home. She was so helpful and easy to reach at anytime we needed her. The Luxury Villa of St. Ann's is a must stay. We will definitely stay again! The chef made breakfast and Dinner everything was delicious. The luxury villa is in a beautiful, very clean, and modern community. With beach access just a few steps away. There is lust Green areas on the beach for relaxation. The residents in the community was friendly and polite. Safety is not a worry the Security was on point and there was CCTV surrounding the property.

This was our most memorable family vacation. We loved our stay and would stay for longer if we could. Josh’s place was a refuge for all of us. It is so peaceful here. And most importantly we felt so cared for. Chef Kero’s food was absolutely amazing!! Such a joy to wake up to his breakfasts and to come home from the beach to simmering pots and irresistible aromas from Chef Kero making dinner. Another incredible experience and highlight is the bon fires and live music from Chef Kero and his brother Junior. Magical!! Forever grateful!!

Myself and my family were speechless when we arrived. The whole experience of the stay was brilliant. We will definitely be staying for a few days on our next stay in Jamaica. The pool area is literally a minutes walk away which also has a gym with great quality equipment (I know this being an avid gym goer in the uk). I highly recommend this as a place to stay as also close to Mystic mountain and Kingston is only a hour away so a perfect location to do what we wanted over the 3 days / 2 nights we stayed. Thank you especially to Johnathon who was very responsive to any questions I had before our stay and was consistent during our stay. Would recommend this place 100%

What a glorious stay we had. The two pools were fabulous - the kids lived in them the whole time we were there. Nicole was incredibly responsive, making sure we were well-connected & knew exactly how to get there - very helpful when you’re traveling in a new place!Randy was so kind & kept the grounds beautiful & the pools pristine. Nadine & Girly were were lovely & incredibly accommodating, cooking delicious, vegetarian meals for us at our request. (They even made homemade cheesecake one night - some of the best I’ve eaten.) The rooftop patio area provided breathtaking views of the water, not to mention gorgeous sunsets, while the downstairs living area opened right up to the infinity pool providing killer views. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated & all with their own bathrooms & wonderful views & sounds of the sea. We had a superb time & were thoroughly spoiled. 10/10 would recommend.

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

We had a party of 9 that stayed at Baywaytch and the cottage. What a beautiful place. We felt safe the entire time with security during the day and night. His staff are all outstanding. Janet, the chef and Casse, her assistant/butler/cleaner were fabulous and felt like family to us. The pictures do not truly capture how beautiful the location and the property is. Beautiful flowering shrubs. The water and beach is very accessible by 3 steps down from the property as well as well maintained pool are available.Gary is super responsive and assisted with connections for transportation from the airport and any excursions you may want. The best part was the convenience of placing groceries on a tab that is settled at the end with the local grocery store. The house has expansive verandas that are a great place to eat, hang out and get out of the sun. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal. The beds are a bit firm. I will definitely be back as enjoyed our stay so much.

We had a totally wonderful experience at itti Barry Villa!! I searched and scrolled the AirBNB listings to find THE Perfect place for my family - itti Barry was THE ONLY villa that met ALL the criteria. It was wheelchair accessible for my 104-year old Dad; located right across the street from the Caribbean Sea; beautiful easy walk to the private pristine beach with a coral reef with pretty fish; the property is gorgeous from every angle; lots of cozy places to sit and relax; delightful outdoor dining; excellent communication; a total oasis - your private 5 star resort! Last but definitely not least was the caring and professional service received from Arlene, Rexton, and Dahlia - they are top notch providing a home away from home experience with that authentic Jamaican flair - superb💯 Karleen the owner has exquisite taste and has created a Caribbean retreat that makes you feel fully at home! I LOVE this place and will gladly return again and again. I recommend it wholeheartedly. 💚🇯

We had an amazing stay at Archers Rock. Came with family and our 5 month old baby for her first trip out of the country. The house and setting are truly breathtaking. Waking up to the waves right outside your window each day. And the standout from this trip is Ms Carleen- her cooking was phenomenal and she was so friendly and helpful. She helped us organize a few beach days to near by places. We had lots of Jamaican dishes and you could taste the love she puts into it . On rough days we couldn’t jump in the ocean right by the house but the little sandy cove was perfect for dipping our little one’s feet in the water. We had some calm days too which was so nice. Martin was also great and showed us the whole grounds near by bat cave, cliff jumping and snorkeling cove was beautiful. We hope to be back again soon!

Wow this place was worth every penny from booking to arrival and checkout. The place is well kept and clean, comfortable, homely. My family and I celebrated my 50th birthday together and it was perfect. The pool and grounds nice and clean linens are fresh. it's a great spot. Cameil wow perfect person she was always there to answer questions or help us when we needed it. Didnt speak with the guy on grounds but it's obvious he does a great job. Thanks Gary and I give it a 5 star rating and all of us agreed.

Marc's villa is located in a gorgeous spot. It has a one-in-a-million view that calming and good for the soul. Days after checking out I found myself still dreaming of the view. Marc and Trish were very organized, detailed, and responsive hosts. My party which included adults and children had such a fantastic time at their villa. Ms. Pauline is fantastic! So friendly and kind and such a delicious chef. We look forward to being back!

From checking in to Rochelle responding quickly to any questions I had. We arrived after midnight and she remained available for any questions. Rochelle was a great host. In the description (not sure if it’s updated) it said one room didn’t have AC, it did. Which was a lovely surprise. And I believe it said there was no dryer unit which there is. It was better than expected. Pool was one minute walk away the park maybe 3. Check in was easy, never got locked out like with a hotel room. The housekeeper came by weekly and she did an amazing job. There were no surprises. Everything was as it should be. Can’t recommend it enough. If I am staying in ocho ever again, I will definitely be staying here. Excellent stay and all my family agree.

This listing is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a home away from home and opportunity to relax. Sandra was EXTREMELY responsive, and we felt really supported and taken care of during our time here. The amenities available on site include a pool, gym, tennis court, sculpture garden and more, and they were excellent additions to our stay. The location is clean, safe and secure with 24 hour security. Something to note is that not having access to a car will make getting around difficult, as the grocery store and restaurant are close, but not in an easily walkable distance. We went down to Jamaica for personal reasons, and we can honestly say that as soon as we stepped into Sandra’s location, we felt at ease. It definitely was a great home base for us during our time here and we are so so grateful for Sandra’s support. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is an excellent option!

Combined review from my friends and I - The place was clean and modern. We especially liked the convenient smart devices. The property was lovely with beautiful decor and equipped for a fun games night or day with family or friends. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and equipments to make exquisite meals. We were close to a grocery store that came in handy as well. We were looking forward to the use of the washer & dryer but upon arrival, we were advised they’re OOS and are in the process of repair/servicing. We are also used to having pool access right throughout so the cutoff time at 9 threw us off. Regardless, the property was homely, just as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Airbnb review Amazing stay in Jamaica! I recently stayed at Saint Ann’s Bay , and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect. Close to the beach with a ocean view. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were very attentive anytime we had a question. They gave us great local recommendations for nearby attractions . The cook was fabulous. Every meal was delicious! It was clear that they truly care about their guests. The property itself was well-kept, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The decor had a laid-back, modern tropical vibe, which made the whole place feel cozy and relaxing. Overall, this Airbnb was the perfect home base for our Jamaican vacation. We got to experience the island like locals, and the hospitality was unmatched. I would definitely stay here again.
