Vacation rentals with beach access in Manatee County

Location was unbeatable! 2min walk to bridge street and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s a studio, so it’s definitely a small space but worked for my husband and I. Bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay to work from the place and use it for a mini vacation! The parking spot is tight, but worked for the convertible we rented. Would recommend and stay here again!

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean, decorated lovely with a theme of Christmas, which we loved, and cozy. We loved the outside porch which allowed us to sun there on a really windy day with a view of the beach. The beach was a few steps away, which was so convenient. A few cute bars were within walking distance which as great. It was a great location and close to a lot. We loved Anna Maria island with its white sandy beaches. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. It was peaceful, a dream come true, and we will never forget it.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

Well let me say I don’t usually do reviews but this time it’s absolutely necessary.Lynda went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute.She walked me through everything .Me and my wife couldn’t be happier I recommended her rentals to the highest degree.This place was beautiful thanks again we will definitely be in contact for future vacations

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was well-equipped with lots of space to unpack. The small room with the fold-down couch was fine for our young granddaughter. We spent lots of time in and around the pool. The cottage was easy steps to the beach and a quick walk to the village. Little need to get back in the car except for major grocery shopping and exploring other towns. Management was always very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely rent the cottage again.

We had a wonderful week at Ginelle’s beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! Especially like a one-story house with view from living area to pool and patio. It does have an upstairs rec room and deck as well. Huge well-equipped kitchen and large dinning area. Comfortable beds, beach chairs, towels etc. We rent every April on AMI and have finally found our happy place where we will definitely return.

This place was perfect for our visit to Siesta Key. Clean, comfy, beautiful pool, very close to all of our favorite spots. Betty was amazing, so friendly, responsive, and accommodating. She even helped us after our flight was delayed overnight. We can't wait to return!

Such a cute and charming spot! Super close to The Ringling campus and to the beach. The kids want us to go back again sometime.

The appartment is in a amazing location. You need to cross one street and you are at the wonderful beach. Very nice to walk in the morning and for the sunset. On the same street, drives the Anna Maria Trolley which is free to ride for everybody. The appartment has everthing you need, is nice decorated and has enough space for 6 people. The beds are very confi and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and very clean. We were very happy to stay in this wonderful apparment. Thank you Matthew

James was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and helpful. The house looked like the pictures. The house was in a great location - easy to get to all of the restaurants and beaches!

We enjoyed our getaway at William's condo. It was very clean throughout the entire space - cabinets, drawers, floors. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, though we did limit our cooking primarily to breakfast. It was nice to have a complete set of dishes and utensils and the necessary supplies for tidying up. We enjoyed the pool area and the pier and saw several dolphins in the early evening which was a real treat!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. I loved how spacious it was, the gorgeous kitchen and the fabulous lanai with comfy couch and chair. I especially enjoyed having my breakfast out there listening to and watching the ocean while also feeling like it was private and relaxing. All the beach supplies were great to have and we enjoyed the beautiful pool as well. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

Perfect getaway location from the cold Northeast! Wonderful to walk right out onto the beach, collect seashells, watch the pelicans and dolphins and lay in the sun! We very much enjoyed swimming daily in the pool. It was a dream of a vacation!

We loved our stay! Ideal location across from siesta key beach and one mile walk or free trolley ride into town with lots of restaurants, shops and a gourmet supermarket. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Evan was very responsive to any questions we had.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a old college roommate's birthday. Lovely breezes through the floor to ceiling windows, beautifully furnished. We'll be back!
