Vacation rentals with a patio in Mameyes II

I loved the place, I plan to come back in a few months with the kids.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The updated kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated, and the place had everything we needed. The location felt very safe with the guarded gate and a garage door opener to keep in our rental car to get in the gate when returning. It's a very quiet complex. No concerns of safety for us or our stuff. We also really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and toys. It’s in a great spot—close to El Yunque, Los Kioskos de Luquillo, and Playa Fortuna. Communication from Sebastian was excellent—super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay. You can see my review from March of last year for a full review. In summary, the apartment is large, clean and well appointed. It’s in a safe, gated community a few minutes off of highway 3. Close to restaurants and Luquillo beach. The host is friendly and responsive. WiFi is strong and free Netflix. No issues experienced . I would stay again in the future.

House was clean, Jose left some goodies for us enjoy. The bed in the master bedroom the best I’ve found in an airbnb. Jose follow up with our stay and gave us very helpfull tips. The terrace was great and we enjoy the jacuzzy (and it has great tempature). Will book for sure on my next trip to the island, it was a pleasure.

Beautiful View, do need transportation to beach and hotel. There are stairs to go to the unit. Clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Hector's Airbnb was the perfect spot for what we wanted to do this vacation which was visit El Yunque Rainforest a couple times, enjoyed Caribali which was a pleasant surprise, local eats at Luquillo kioskos, and Luquillo beach. Was also easy to get to Old San Juan and TMobile District. Hector was an awesome host, always available through the app messaging. The house was very comfortable, very clean, everything you need. We really felt like we were staying at a family member's home. *Just a heads up, the third room in the back does have alot of nature sounds like the Puertorican Coqui frog, which to me was delightful! But if you are a light sleeper maybe not the room to choose.

Great location! Great views! Slept 11 people comfortably!! Having an elevator was clutch!! Pool was perfect!! Even the neighborhood was great for a nice morning walk!! I’d stay here again!!

Great location close to El Yunque national park and beautiful beaches. We felt very safe in this location. Lots of fun admenatities…we especially enjoyed the pool and pool table. Great communication with owner and they even helped drive extras keys to us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house.

This home was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 daughters. It was just as the pictures showed it and spotlessly clean and private. We felt safe while we were here. Having the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was super helpful and I also made use of the hammock. There is a fantastic beach just a 5-6 blocks away (Playa Fortuna) and another one (Balneario) just 2 miles away. We had a car so were able to take several day trips to Fajardo, Old San Juan, and the rainforest - and this location was great for all of that. Check in and out was super easy- just make sure you use the pinned location Ricardo sends you and don’t type the address is like I did the first time (there are several streets with the same name 😜). It is a true Puerto Rican neighborhood - so you will hear frogs, birds, dogs and of course roosters which takes some getting used to if you’re used to city noises. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place! He was able to accommodate us on short notice and made us feel right at home. We also got to meet and pet his dogs, which was a plus.

Absolutely beautiful location with views that are more impressive than the pictures can show. An amazing host - excellent communication. Seamless experience. Video directions were very helpful to find location. Home was pristine - brand new construction. Pool was also a lot of fun. Very close to the rainforest and Luquillo beach. Was a great vacation all around.

The location was perfect, with El Yunque and Las Pailas - A Natural Water Slide near by. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Vidal’s and their property highly enough.

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse! It looks exactly like the photos, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location was great—just a 30-minute drive without traffic (or 45 minutes with traffic) to the airport or San Juan. Mario was a fantastic host, checking in throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The home was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and they even provided everything you could need for a beach day. My son was especially excited about the boogie boards! The apartment is very spacious, so we never felt cramped, and it was perfect for our family trip celebrating my mom’s birthday. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to bring our friends next time!

We loved the rooftop. It was awesome to have a private patio overlooking the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. Though the surrounding homes and structures still show heavy signs of hurricane destruction, walking down the street felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and would wave when you walk/drive by. Dewey also had a lot of nice amenities for the kids, like sand toys, knee boards, beach towels, etc. Very well stocked. AC also worked well to keep us cool in the evenings.

The home is spacious, clean & as described! AC in every room, which was so appreciated after a long day of play! We had a problem with the gate opening clicker the first couple of days, but there is always a friendly security guard 24/7 available to help. We did end up getting a backup clicker mid-way, which worked perfectly We found the locking of the door to be a bit tricky, to unlock is easy- with the 4 digit code and pressing the lock button, but unlocking you had to shut the door and then wait until the lock turned (which it didn't always do). Allow some time when leaving to double check it locks before heading out. We did not end up using the pool/hot tub with the beach so close, but they were easy to navigate to; an immediate right from the gate and then a left down the path. The location is not far from San Juan and has much to do- highly recommend!
