This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Sebastiano's place was beautiful. Lots of space, incredibly clean, BEAUTIFUL antique floors, and state-of-the-art amenities. Side notes include comfortable beds, televisions in every room, and high-speed fiber internet with wi-fi. We were able to let ourselves in, which gave us a flexible arrival time that we needed. The neighborhood was perfect; family-friendly, walkable, and lots of great places to eat.

We were guests for one night in Gabriella's apartment and we had a great time. Gabriella was always welcoming and kind, available from the first contact. The house is in the heart of L'Aquila, a very convenient location for getting around the city on foot. Although the stay was very short, the apartment was well equipped and provided with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

Gustaf and his local co-host Bice were great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Bice was especially flexible and friendly and made the check in and out process a breeze. A great location for a peaceful rural get away. The house is rustic but with all the modern comforts you need. Very cozy with a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. A true home! Our family had a great time.

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. Favorite Airbnb … ever!!! We loved our stay. The location in the Old Part of L’Aquila was perfect: quiet, peaceful yet close to everything walking. The terrace area was fantastic: nice chairs, quiet sitting area, and it was nice to see the neighbors green space. The bed was huge, comfy and perfectWe had just what we needed. And Silvana helped with all of our needs. My only suggestion for winter is make sure you bring your slippers as the tile floor is cold on feet. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here when next we visit L’Aquila!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

The apartment exactly as pictured, right in the center, a few steps from the beach, extremely safe, beautiful view of the balcony, window blocks noises, excellent air conditioning in the rooms of the house. Extremely proactive host, gave us great tips of restaurants, and activities for tourism. I highly recommend 100% with eyes closed.
